In summary,
Oily foods are the cause of health issue.
Everything OP mentioned there is just oil, oil, oil.
Unfortunately, when a person is stressed out, we have serious cravings
for oily fried foods.
For better health, be eating vegs and boiled food.
Gorillas, cows, antelopes in the bush only eat grass/vegetables and they are strong.
Lions, tigers, leopard, crocodile... eat meat (No Oil).
It's only human being that has this high oily diet and we are the laziest.

Oooo ☺️☺️😭😭😭. You Sha want me to stop eating akara.

Well, with the way they're scaring people into not eating, just know that starvation will kill a person before eating does.

Lol. I don't think they are scaring people to not eat, rather they are advocating for people to eat right. Many of us are so used to junks already that we think we are being barred from eating if we are told not to eat those things for their side effects.

don't mind op, is there any food that doesn't have side effects? The answer is a capital NO, just don't eat it too much and too often, even the cleanest water in the world will deal with you if you consume it too much, just eat a balance diet and don't eat too much and you are good to go

How much of poison do you need to take before it can have effect on you?

According to the op's analogy it means barbecue fish is also dangerous, same with sausage roll, fried meat&fish which am sure the op eats everyday, also sweet potato, milk, banana, beans yogurt, chicken should not be eaten as they re high in potassium..😁😁
My submission know your body, potassium is very important for the body too lil is a probs same with too much, oil has its use also too lil a probs too much a probs same with sugar. So know your body, watch for signs when you have eaten too much of a particular class of food, mix diff food together to hve a balance diet and in this economy where most peeps only eat what they can afford or what is available just exercise daily cos exercise is free..
