ifytrik: Omo, did you read?! The article simply suggested we cut down on the intake of those particular foods because of their high unhealthy contents. It never said you stop them. And even you must agree that some foods are more damaging than others; those damaging meals are what he listed. |

crystalpapers:In summary, Oily foods are the cause of health issue. Everything OP mentioned there is just oil, oil, oil. Unfortunately, when a person is stressed out, we have serious cravings for oily fried foods. For better health, be eating vegs and boiled food. Gorillas, cows, antelopes in the bush only eat grass/vegetables and they are strong. Lions, tigers, leopard, crocodile... eat meat (No Oil). It's only human being that has this high oily diet and we are the laziest. |
