don't mind op, is there any food that doesn't have side effects? The answer is a capital NO, just don't eat it too much and too often, even the cleanest water in the world will deal with you if you consume it too much, just eat a balance diet and don't eat too much and you are good to go

Omo, did you read?! The article simply suggested we cut down on the intake of those particular foods because of their high unhealthy contents. It never said you stop them.

And even you must agree that some foods are more damaging than others; those damaging meals are what he listed.

You can eat healthy and it is Okada that will kill you.

You can avoid Okada and buy a car only to die in a car crash.

You can avoid cholesterol and eat fish only for the bone to hook you.

You can be fit as a fiddle only to slip in the bathroom, bang your head against the tile, bleed out and die.

Well said, I have always said it that life does not have any formula. It is all by the Grace of God that we are not consumed.

Me and you go get problem if you no remove akara wey you add there oo.

We go get serious problem.
In summary,
Oily foods are the cause of health issue.
Everything OP mentioned there is just oil, oil, oil.
Unfortunately, when a person is stressed out, we have serious cravings
for oily fried foods.
For better health, be eating vegs and boiled food.
Gorillas, cows, antelopes in the bush only eat grass/vegetables and they are strong.
Lions, tigers, leopard, crocodile... eat meat (No Oil).
It's only human being that has this high oily diet and we are the laziest.

But when you're eating the food, you will not know if they added potassium at some stage before you bought it.
