request for FRESHMEN. Below is the

OCCUPATION OF BED SPACE·
ALLOCATION OF BED SPACE:
FINAL YEAR and FRESH STUDENTS will
be allocated BED SPACES by the
EPORTAL on First come First Served
basis subject to meeting the
following conditions:
For the other Categories of Students,
information will be provided later
(i.e. on Resumption).
i) Payment of Appropriate Fees for
your FACULTIES/COURSES
ii) Registration of Courses.
OCCUPATION OF BED SPACE:
Upon successfully allocated a Bed
Space, you are required to carry out
the following:
i) Payment of appropriate
Accommodation Fees(Please do not
pay Accommodation Fees if you are
not successful to get a bed space as
no refund will be made for such.).
ii) Print 3 copies of "BED SPACE
CLEARANCE FORM"
