APC members in Rivers state house of Assembly did not decamp to APC. There are procedures for decamping and they did not fulfill the process. Legally, they are still in PDP. That’s why PDP came to court and stated emphatically that they are still PDP members.

For the LP member that joined APC, he joined at a time that LP is factionalized at the national level. There are about three factions claiming to be NWC of LP so there is nothing wrong with a lawmaker leaving LP right now as a result of the fractionalization of the party.

Ndume on the other hand can’t leave APC because there is no faction or division at the national level. If he leaves, his seat will be declared vacant and election conducted the following week.

But his supporters said, he will replicate what he did in Lagos in Nigeria. I remember in one of the interviews of his supporter on channels TV, Amaupo did asked one of his supporters same question, that has he is saying Tinubu built Lagos, that he should know that Lagos is not Nigeria and he said, Tinubu will do the magic.

How is the LP factionalised? The supreme court had umpteenth times explained what constitutes factionalization of a party. The supreme court said, for a party to be factionalised, it must render the party's activities non functional at the national headquarters. Internal wrangling and noise making of certain people doesn't constitute factionalization because the activities of the party is still active and there is no time LP have a division. As at that time the party still fielding candidates by the same party and not two.
So your notion that LP was factionalised is just the figment of your imagination.
Meanwhile, remember that Ndume won an election through PDP in 2011 and only defected or joined in forming APC in 2013. He was part of nPDP that factionalised PDP then.
