Hunger protest in Niger State? This is just another avenue for chaos.

When will we learn that protesting without a solid plan only leads to more suffering? Instead of channeling energy into destructive demonstrations, why not engage with the government and demand real change? Protests that turn violent only exacerbate the problem and put innocent lives at risk.

Nigerians should be wise enough to see that protests without purpose are a waste of time. Hunger isn't solved in the streets; it's solved in the boardrooms and through policies that uplift the people. Let's focus on constructive dialogue rather than chaos.

Constructive dialogue! Engage with the government!

Lol!

These only happen where actual democracy is practiced.

When was the last time we had a mere Presidential address or better still a Live Media chat?!!

You think these hungry people can dialogue or have meaningful discussions with the gods (yes, gods) they 'elected' into office?!!

If engaging with government and dialogues where common place in this country, would there be protests?!! Would your president take rash economic actions without consulting the people?!!

Are the yearning and welfare of the people factored in before actions are taken at the top?!!

Since protests calls started, we have had more words and actions from this same government than when they got into that office! Why?!!

Suddenly, we now have more military and police presence everywhere!
DSS is Suddenly all over the place!

Where have they been all these while that farmers and travelers have been maimed, kidnapped and killed all across the nation?

Please, learn to be objective and honest... Speak truth to power at least once in your life!

Do you know what’s funny.
People don’t need Daily Trust or Sahara Reporters to tell them they are hungry.
The protest is 100% spontaneous and there’s no other choice.

I doubt if you go the market to buy items. If you do you will not know when you will hit the streets in protest. Check out the cost of the following since the unpatriotic removal of subsidy and floating of naira : rice garri beans transport drugs etc . Politicians are the only entity not feeling this heat and sadly the only language that shakes them is protest.

Hunger protests in Niger State? This is just another distraction from the real issues plaguing the country. When did protests ever solve hunger? Instead of burning tires and blocking roads, why not focus on finding real solutions? It's the same old story—people taking to the streets while the politicians sit back and laugh. If only they knew that their actions only give the government more excuses to crack down. The real fight should be against the corrupt systems that put them in this situation, not against each other. Protests won’t fill empty stomachs; they need to think smarter, not louder.

You asked them to protest in their state and not in Lagos or any SW state, now they are protesting in their state and you're still wailing.... Dem give you winch chop?

There is something you guys are afraid of.The fear of criticism gives you guys a serious nightmare. When you guys were playing the opposition card it was very easy to throw tantrums at GEJ calling him all sort of unprintable names.

Show me where the ongoing protest in Niger
State is destructive? It's your principal through is MC olumo will distribute hooligans to district the peaceful protest and use it to discredit the protest.

I feel extremely sorry for you because from all indications Tinubu seems not to have a bearing of his solution. The protest is a reminder that he wasn't voted to relax or shift blames but to profer solutions to the current hardship in the country.

Tell me what economic sense it makes for a cup of beans to be sold at 500 Naira, the current exchange rate of naira to CFA is against Nigeria etc. They brought out Band A and co initiative in the power sector yet see complaints everywhere.

One amazing things about you guys is how BOLD you guys can talk in the face of Tinubu's incompetence.Thank God Ali Ndume a strong name in your party is speaking up.

If the hardship is at 20 percent or we see meaningful impact of this administration trust me nobody will shout protest.

Plssss reason with your brain in the name of rationality.
