justwise: Thanks OUR own Justwise...God will bless you for the great assistance you have been rendering here. I pray to meet you, Vicjustice and Funkybaby in person someday. Please can I add my Vanagon bus particulars/agreeement reached with the driver to be deliverying 100k monthly for the period of 12months as part of the application documents? Or simply put, will it be accepted as means of inflow into my account? since it accounts for 75% of inflow into my personal savings a/c NOT Salary acct. Regards. |

sundyke107: Greetings to all the gurus in the house.Though 6 months bank statement is the requirement, but you will be fine with a 5 month bank statement (or even less) provided the statement is convincing enough to satisfy the visa officer of the purpose. I'm not sure I know what you mean by "hire purchase", whatever it means, does the bus business operate with documents? And NO, the agreement that you have with your bus driver is not a relevant document , only the documents that comply with revenue office business registration and taxing are valid in this regard |

royalsweetness: My uncle is my sponsor for my UK student Visa and he bears the same surname as me, can I name him as my father instead of uncle, since he has never really adopted me so I don't have documents to prove that.i don't think so because you'll still need to submit your birth certificate which will show the name of your parents and so you will be giving them false information. He doesn't have to be your father to be your sponsor |

It's always nicer to have direct dealings with the main people |

Hello guys I applied for a business visa some months and was refused, now i intend to reapply but i have a couple of questions; -i run my own registered business and i do not issue payslips to myself, how do i answer the 'how much i earn monthly' question given that there is no paper evidence to back it up? -i have a balance of 2.6m in my personal account but with high activity in the account over the past 6 months cos it used to double as my business account before i got a company account. How do i explain this? -the last time i was at the vfs, i noticed an express service option which can fasttrack the process to 4days. I intend to use the service cos as a businessman, the money in my company account could be needed anytime. Could this be termed desperation on my own part? Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance |
