Last 2 years when they was no pdf, after updating the list they will change it from Provisional Admission list to Updated Provisional Admission list. And I heard it will be released 3 weeks after the first list sha. My prayer is just that we all that is yet to see our names make it in the 2nd list.

I heard 3 weeks after the first list and beside they are propably waiting for pple who applied with awaiting result and I think that closes on 15th of this month so expect it anytime as from next week
