in my faculty,dey wrote 2 copies...@ d end of d day,wen we saw our level advisers,dey made 2 more..its 4 copies each n 4 files wt 4 passports....Also u cant jes staple ur passport 2 ur documents or do anytn until ur level advicer ask u to...he s gonna check ur docs,he myt tell u 2 use some docs/nt use sum...So dont jump d gun...C ur level adviser 1st...

First verify d ord tru password recovery, if its correct den use sumone elses fone on visit a cyber cafe and check der, wil work over der and if it works den wen u loggin in again tru ur fone replace ur new password wt d pre saved password on ur fone browser, its nt external issue believe me cos i had same too
