what do you dream about

u dream so much probably because u get worried easily or because u engage ur mind somtimes on needless thoughts.i think i have bn there before and i discovered that my mind drifts away so easily that its like i think about so many things at the same time.I decided to reduce it,pray more and i limited my thought to only important issues.

@op actually you only dream during REM stage of sleeping, and there's nothing wrong with it.
