rendering as always a tedious process

am seriously considering buying aa precison m6400 , dell certified refurbished 1gb video memory if i can find someone to buy my m90

ps - thanks for the heads up on the water

nothing beats constructive criticism smiley

i went for a wave type effect, and tweaked the water material's transparency

WOW!!! to all the drawings in this thread.  This is the only way I know how to do 2d in painting(nick/NL. ) Please do not criticize, because I am no artist. Just posting my chicken scratch so look and continue doing what you were doing

Nice one all,
@Oyb
I'll post something on rendering as soon as I recover my reliable internet access.

@xoxoxo
Not bad for an abstract, though you shouldnt be afraid of criticism. Its a sure way to improvement. Cheers

hi people. recently took the time to rig my yar adua model head just to try some rigging techniques. dint turn out bad at all. its an untextured low poly base mesh and the animation mit use some graph editors but its ok i think, chek it out n tell me what u think.

heres the link.

@Xothermik
Got to see your test rig on the Yar Adua model. Pretty interesting, flexible animation too. 3Dsmax I presume? I'm still experimenting on that too, using Cinema4D. I'll host mine up at Youtube when I'm ready.

Meanwhile, here's an animation I was testing a lil while back.

@graphikdon
Thanks for taking the extra time to show the wireframe of your model.
We learn more by observing the topology of 3D models. Nice model though.
