95% yes. 5% no. 5% being dat there might be another soln that will unlock ur iphone4 in d future. we av been waiting for that for 3yrs now.
only iphone 4s and iphone 5 can be guaranteed (for now) to work with chip even if u upgrade. d chip programmers av abandoned d iphone 4 project.
