Ole is an apprentice coach who is learning on the job. He has some knowledge but he doesn't have a long experience on the job that should enable him to handle difficult situations faster. The mistakes he makes now are the mistakes he should have made coaching a team like Leeds United for about 3 years, then coach Leicester for 2 years before thinking of Manchester United.

Who made a mistake here? The one who accept the job that is too big for him to handle or the one who offer the job to him?
