Fabregas, Costa and Matic already stopped playing by January last season and it was Hazard who was relentless and solely pulled Chelsea to their title. Hazard later joined the groups of players who got burned out by Mourinho.
Ozil continued his dazzling form in his first season at Madrid after his Wordcup performance that brought him to Madrid. Subsequently, his performance tailed off in his 2nd season and he was average in his 3rd season under Mourinho.
Oscar, eventhough not spectacular was quite good when he arrived at Chelsea. His performances in the CL against Juve, Shaktar Donetsk were fantastic, so were majority of his performances until Mourinho happened.
