Are there any September mummies in d house?

I'm also an october mum. I do have swollen feet,though in the evenings. Bp is normal and no headaches. It gets better as soon as I lie down though. My main problem is gastro issues,seems I can't keep any food down,it's worse when I take cold water(I'm an ulcer patient),I really need God's touch. 35weeks now.

Swollen feet sometimes happens in pregnancy . If your bp is normal, then it's nothing to worry about. There are a few things you can do to ease it though, like always making sure you lie down on your side( left) , elevating ur feet with a small stool when u r sitting, especially if it's for a long time, avoid crossing your legs or ankles when seated, and also make sure u r drinking a lot of water. ( I try to make sure I drink up to 10 glasses a day) . Cheers

Good day, i asked a question some time ago but it has not been answered, i said a friend of mine thats breastfeedin asked me if d eczema on her bosom will not after her baby, i asked for what she's used but she said nothing cos a nurse told her not to worry dt it does not affect the baby but she is still worried. the baby is just 2 months old pls what can she do about this. Thank u

thanks dear, have been elevating the leg though isn't convenient and if its water I even drink more than 10glasses, maybe d shoes I wear are too tight, time to shop for new once

@esmeralda If u ask me, eczema is on the skin not from within so I doubt it'll affect d baby. It's not even contagious like ringworm, etc. Besides d baby sucks on d nipple not the breast na. If she's skeptical about what d first medical personnel told her, she should ask from another.

@chicolo try & observe d things u eat that make u throw up more often. Maybe they're fried with g/oil or something. Observe n avoid.

when i was having serious nausea, i always have bitter kola in my purse, just a little bite after eating and everything goes down without coming out. it did wonders, even better than the minty sweet which get tired of different brand at little intervals.

then, try out diferent food, you will be shocked at what will stay. try frying with palm oil instead of vegetable oil, and see if it stays, also try peppery food. those really worked for me.
