Some gals sef? did the guy put a gun to her head to come to his house.... Or has the word NO suddenly become obsolete. a date can be anywhere, as long as both parties accept the location and time I see nothing wrong with it. Infact beautiful relationships start from little things. @OP u certainly have ur mind made up on what u think of the guy. But tell ür friend that sometimes when u expect too much, that's the kinda disappointment u get. The guy did nothing wrong, ür home gal just need to check her appetite.... Nobody is disrespecting her.... And for me I think sitting on the patio sharing a drink with a gal I like is really a great way to get to know them. If I wanted a bleeping yogurt, I'd go inside my fridge and get one. She's not a gold-differ, she didnt ask for anything luxurious. Let's not come here to pretend like she did something wrong, just so to appear like we aint gold-diggers ourselves. We all knowboth the institutions of " DATING" and "COURTSHIP" and what they constitute. A $0.25 yogurt with a 2hr discussion is not part of it. Not to say that it should be pricy, but atleast the guy should have tried a little. Surprise her, make her want to have a second date, or something of that sort. Ileke-IdI:Like seriously?if she isn't a gold digger why emphasize on what she was offered rather than the personality of the guy? She was only interested in material things hence her refusal to find out more about the dude,what a sensible girl would do is give the benefit of the doubt for at least a 2nd date and see how it goes. The fact that he offered her yogurt(which I see nothing wrong with) doesn't make him cheap or stingy, a guy offers chinese on a first date is no guarantee that he is rich and spends big,he could be pretending and a foolish girl like the one in the story will fall for such and before she can say "voila" she's gone two rounds with the dude. I'm not saying the dude in the story is no player but from his action,i can tell he doesn't just want to just bed this girl cos most guys with such mindset will make you believe they have it all. 2 Likes |
