Question for Justcool, Mnwankwo and other adherents of the Grail Message

Please can you share your perception on the way one should choose a job on earth, is everyone free to choose any career? Most of the jobs on earth have both men and women working in them almost indiscriminately although the Grail Message points out that their activities should be quite distinct and that they are in the higher planes. Is the reason they are not so distinct on earth due only to the fall of man or to the nature of gross matter in part?
