Hogwash. The fact is a ghost goal was allowed to knock out a team in the semis, which was not to be. If it happens to any other team too, i will criticise it. I am not surprised at your comments because you are used to wayo wayo things, just as pdpish man utd. The football world governing body are not fools to have included the goal-line technology after all those unfortunate goal-line incidents of the past.
The same goal line tech that has failed teams. Or wasn't Chelsea the latest victim of Goal Line Tech last weekend??

it's no excuse.....
liverpool had to work the ball towards chelsea's goal to get that decision in their favour. how come chelsea couldn't do the same. if you match your opponent, you would get a draw....if you outfox your opponent, you would get a win.

liverpool got that ghost goal decision as early as the 4th minute. chelsea had 86 mins to get a goal & kill off liverpool but they failed. chelsea were 22 points ahead of liverpool in the domestic league & yet they couldn't get a goal against a team they had beaten home & away in the league.

good for the world governing body to have added goal-line technology to the game. my question still persists........how come chelsea couldn't force a goal-line incident in 86 mins to get a decision in their favour like their opponent?

the entire ball must cross the goal-line for a goal to be given. in that case, 0.300 inch of the ball was on the line so no goal....
