I've never been called a sickler in my life. Neither have I been called skinny. I get slim a lot, but not skinny, don't got the big bo.obs or behind, but if I had those with my kind of frame, I would look odd, so I'm better proportioned than some people, don't want to end up looking like a bottle of small stout in the quest for a large behind and bo.obs. Those things I listed are the truth, now being skinny is not the same as being scrawny, but a lot of Nigerians think they're alike, maybe not city dwellers, but a visit to the village will give you that idea. Wow!! I can definitely tell you that is untrue. Yes, there are some skinny girls without breast or ass but many skinny black girls have the right curves(bottom and bosom with small waist). And getting fat after birth? Yes, everyone puts on weight during pregnancy but come on! We all know a fat girl or as they like to call themselves(thick girls, please!) get way enormous than a skinny girl would(so I would recommend getting a small girl instead of big) and as for me I don't need to worry about losing my pregnancy weight because we always easily *american accent* drop it like that.

Those beach girls pictured on those first couple of pages are FIT and HEALTHY, and they got that way by good lifestyle habits that center around healthy diet AND EXERCISE, which is clearly an alien concept to Nigeria's fat, and hideously ugly whales, who strut their squalid streets wearing skin-tight clothing that assaults the eye with rolls of nasty, wobbly lard.

Simply put, if a woman retains the toned body she most likely started with at 18 years old, she will stay beautiful well into her 30s, BUT, if she pigs out on food and avoids exercise entirely, as Nigeria's lard-asz "cash madams" do, then she will be considered UGLY and OLD in the eyes of the world OUTSIDE Nigeria, by the time she turns 25, and she will most likely DIE DECADES EARLY and leave a massive corpse too huge for the casket.

Nigerian women need to get off their fat, lazy, skin-bleached aszes and exercise. Fat is simply DISGUSTING, and is best covered up with a muffugin burka or gunny sack, so innocent bystanders don't lose their lunch.

we can easily find our clothes size @ the mall/ /the simplest benefit ,easy to choose any kinds of clothes

I'm sorry if this offends some of our "fat-positive" or "skinnyloving" ladies in the house, but I fail to see how any of this ish is relevant? I knew a lady who was model skinny; she kept her weight down by portion control and controlled vomiting, i.e. chronic bulimia/anorexia. Last year she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Her body fat percentage had just never gone high enough for her oestrogen levels to normalise, so she even had spotty periods. I took her along with me once to one of my cardio/weight training sessions, and she lasted all of 5 minutes! I know of another lady who's a comfortable size 18. She is a dance instructor and can stay on her feet for hours at a stretch! There is no correlation between how big you are and how healthy you are...skinny people have heart attacks all the time (Is Fabrice Muamba fat?)! And why do we not get our definitions right? Is skinny here referring to a lack of curves or to total body fat? And if you are curvy but have a flat tummy, are you considered fat? Is Sophia Vergara fat? Or Ini Edo? Can I then say that Iman is skinny?
I am a fat girl myself (since we are now using fat interchangeably with curvy), and I'm not making excuses for anyone. There are no sides to this thing. Its not as simple as "fat girls look nicer in pencil skirts" or "skinny girls thighs don't rub together". This is just another way we women have devised to put each other down, and its total bullshit. Oh, and by the way, fashion designers official designation for skinny is Size 0-Size 6, so even if you're a Size 10, honey, you're plus-sized!
