Noswaa: @mozo,6m in your sponsors account is not that bad,the most important thing is the way you present your case,even if your for 4 years course does not mean all the money for the 4 years will be in your account,they may like to know the source of the money so as to be convinced that he is capable to sponsor you,if you have more than 6m, please don't hesitate to add it but if not go ahead with your application. The person who replies the e-mails is so straight, he/she isn't even given any pointers to suggest what their next action would be.

Filled an inquiry form @ the gate stating my purpose (No update 17wks after submission & classes resumed last wk). I waited 30mins then i got a call.

Caller: Ur application is still being processed & u will be contacted, can u get an extension frm ur school or a deferal?

I explained my school said i can't resume 4 winter after Jan 7th & so i have requested for a deferal.

Caller: What was their response?
I said it's in process

Caller: Ok

This people are just crazy, they are not even given any info about the status of the application. Hopefully they should call you this week. I am going to mail them tomorrow if status do not change by the end of today because it will be exactly 16weeks tomorrow.

Confirm again, d 16165cad is also high for tuition alone(except for flight school) for a year. Is it tuition and living expense and other fees? I know sum schools pay up to 12kcad but I've nt heard of 16kcad.

I submitted a Visitor's visa application to VFS on 31st December,it arrived at the embassy on January 2nd and is still being processed according to tracking Info. Didn't really get a lot of information applying for visitor's visa on this thread as it seems to be dominated by study visa applicants
