I mean the design done with the girls pictures, the design like if they put their picture on a white paper, white surrounding their picture, if you know what i mean/

anyone using templates here and if yes, kindly where do you get your templates from? free or you pay for them?

a department in a church just gimme a this job to design a website of about 4-5 pages without any special scripting or anything and i believe it will be plain html thing.

But as this is my first ever job, am confused on how much to charge them, can anyone help me on an estimation of what i can charge them as i dont want to over-charge them to lose the job nor do i want to under-charge them.

NB: As per the rapidshare, you dont have to have an account with rapidshare b4 you use it,i dont have an account with them but i still download things off them everyday and its far more easy to download than Axifile.
