I was talking with a friend over the weekend.

He wanted to know how he could build multiple streams of income in a bit.

I asked him if he had any profitable business running.

He said he does, that he sells cloths, physically.

Jim was a young promising man who want to be successful at any cost.

He was the bread winner of his family.

A friend of mine popped a question on my DM the other day after viewing my status on goal orientation.

When I gained admission into the higher institution, I was aware I was going to see lots of new thing (judging by how Universities were over hyped in books and by people).

Lots of new people, lots of new behavior, lots of new faces, lots of different background and culture.

It didn't dawn on me though how impact-ful some people are going to be.

During our early days of the semester, we the new students has this tendency of coming to class very early whenever we have morning lectures.

We will always get to our the lecture hall before the lecturer, and would then wait for the doors to be opened.

Once the lecture hall gets opened, we would rush in, struggling and fighting to be in the first rows of the seats (most of us the ladies lost our earrings in those struggles)

We would then go in, sit and wait for the lecturer to come.

Before the lecturer comes, (after all time it would take) a morning lecture that is supposed to start by 8am will be starting by 9:00 or 9:30am.

But there was this one man

DR. URAMA

The man was the only lecturer who would come to teach us as early as 8 sharp.

He doesn't miss a class and he's never late to a class and he always come for classes.

Even if our lecture hall was locked, (as it's always the case in the morning) this man would tell us to go to another complex in the school and we would stay in one of the empty lecture hall available.

And that is DR. URAMA for you.

If you key into this man's lifestyle and the way he's always never late, you will see that he has deep rooted principles about lateness.

He has an integrity for keeping to time.

His principled behavior has made it known to us that whenever we have morning lectures with him that anyone who doesn't come early is bound to be left out.

And that makes us to always come early in the morning whenever we have his lectures.

Good day, I recently got admitted into the university and I've been thinking of several ways I can make money for myself without depending on my parents.

E.g sometimes when you enter a barbers shop or the shop of a chemist or nurse, you will see their certificate boldly pasted in their shop, in that way they are showing you that field/Niche.
Or maybe you have been learning that field for many years and have had the knowledge of what works and what doesn't.
Also you can leverage on being trained by a known/expert person in that field.

This has to be done because people like listening to an expert. That's why when you enter into some barbers shop or a chemist shop, you will likely see their certificate boldly pasted where you can see them, they are in a way telling you that they know what they are doing, if not they won't have been awarded a certificate.
