TV/Movies / Re: Your Ultimate James Bond Actor and Movie? by aramyd: 2:05pm On Sep 15, 2007
Ooooooh, one of my favorite topics!  smiley U ppl, blv it or not i liked Timmy Dalton!  Yes. i know, i get that reaction  every time i say it but i just like him. But i think the ideal 007 is objective, if u think James Bond should be sexy and suave, Pierce Brosnan is it but he gives the impression of someone who would compromise his mission for a roll in the hay! Roger Moore was pretty good (nice combination of traits as toluwa said) but i think Sean Connery's movie career got better with age, i cant stand him as 007. Now Daniel, Daniel, Daniel, actually didnt turn out as bad as i expected. But the movie was bland, too much romance. But when the bond babe betrayed him. i thot "now am watching james bond". bond babes r sposed to be tigresses not all lovey-dovey.  Pierce is still my favorite bond though. Ever wonder,if Casino Royale is sposed to  be a throw back to d first bond, why use the same M? I like that they brought back physical action to 007 in CASINO because Die another day was too full of technological gizmos for me. What was ur favorite Bond opening sound track and graphics, Mine was Tmw never dies & Live and let die? the one for Casino was too dry, Maddona singing "Die another day" was good too. GOSH,am i talking too much? i could go on and on about James Bond.
TV/Movies / Re: Your Favourite And Most Hated TV Adverts? by aramyd: 1:32pm On Sep 15, 2007
has anyone mentioned the coke ad? the one where they show the bottle going thru the process int the dispenser? i like seeing it, i inteprete it as a lot of fun and ceremony goes into each bottle of coke, i think its cool cool! for the one of the worst, its gotta be the harpic advert, TERRIBLE embarassed!
TV/Movies / Re: Novels U'll Like To See In The Movies. by aramyd: 1:22pm On Sep 15, 2007
Wilbur smith's egyptian novels- WARLOCK, THE QUEST, RIVER GOD. cool Those books are outta this world and a movie will have to work hard to do them justice! Also if u have read The Eight by Katherine Neville cool, you'll know where Dan Brown got his mediocre idea tongue for his famous book (i'v even forgotten the title!) from! thats a challenge to Dan Brown fans, look for The Eight and tell me what u think of Dan Brown's "conspiracy books"c after you'v read it! grin
TV/Movies / Re: TV Shows: Prison Break, Lost Or 24? by aramyd: 1:08pm On Sep 15, 2007
24 is a bit too complicated for me. dont get me wrong, am not an air-head grin but am up to here with all that national conspiracy, president of d USA flix, angry if i c another one, i could vomit! apologies 24 fans, i couldnt stand to watch past episode4ssn1! M scofeild cool kpt me wacthn P Break tho and i agree its really good BUT THERE'S NOTHING LIKE A SUPER-HERO FLIK LIKE HEROES to take you outta this REAL world! am an avid supernatural stuff fan too. Maybe if i watch those kinda things long enough,i'll develop some supapower grin! Lost keeps us toooo loong in suspense so i gave up cos i prefer my thrills coming on time wink. Smallville is so confused embarassed,am surprised little superman didnt grow up to be a serial killer! grin there's my concise opinion!

am posting a comment for the first time so if this message ends up in the wrong place, excuse me smiley. in addition to the outburst on inavailability of jobs for environmentalists, those have been my thoughts exactly cheesy. i studied Crop Protection and Enviromental Biology, a course which i enjoyed immensly and i'v got the grades to back that up cool! unfortunately, there are never any job openings for people of our category angry.am sure the situation's not the same for developed and env-conscious countries. i work in a bank presently and everyday my soul cries out at d 5yrs of univ that seem to be going to waste . but what can one do?man must chop init?
