Caracta: This topic again?
I can cook for him but there'll be limits. There's a line between girlfriend and wife. As long as i am not living with him, i can cook for him. I love cooking but i do it out of love, not out of obligation. I cook for people i am not dating, how much more my own personal person?
Again i say, there are limits. A girlfriend is not a wife...not yet! INVITATION ! INVITATION ! INVITATION ! Please come and cook for me this Xmass 1 Like |

O.T.I.S: 80% of indians, lebanese, pakistanis and chinese in nigeria are involved in one illegal smuggling or the other. the truth is they bribe their way when ever they are caught, even efcc and nafdac get paid handsomely by these foreign hustlers a.k.a investors. i remember when a lebanese shop was raided and ammunition discovered, few days later the news faded away and we nigerians never mind asking what happened. we are too busy going about our daily business that we care less about what foreigners do in our country. I ve been to many countries in and outside africa, i saw how jobless and lazy their citizens are, they are too lazy to work, they treat their women like sh...t, and when they see foreigner work, dress well, drive cars, got married(to their women) etc, they become extremely jealous. either they protest foreigner are taking their jobs or they accuse you of drug because you are making money and snatching their women from them. finally, nawaoo for our naija guys,, of all countries why india india wey dey use bicycle for commercial transport I would rather relocate to my village than live in india.

Exactly!, so its practically impossible for you to claim to be the father if the name on the birth certificate is not yours and you don't have DNA to prove otherwise. The UK court will not grant you that request. Ok justwise thanks a lot.please my question is what if I succeeded in geting the order from court, what could be my chances of gaining entry ?what should be the exact amount in my bank statement?please advice, cheers |

This is one fight you are not going to win unless you get married to her, without your name on his birth certificate and you are not in the UK when he was born plus the issue of removal, your chances of getting any meaningful result is remote. Please justwise how do I go about it,what can I do?what if I'm able to get a evidence from the UK court stating he's my son,e.g,apply for a contact order since It's one of the basic requirement.the idea of geting married failed because she can't come to Nigeria, nobody to baby-sit the child.my brother who lives in the UK relocate last year with his family.please justwise what do you suggest sir.need help |

Is the child's birth certificate in your name? What was the nature of your removal from the UK? No my surname is not on the BC,the registry said I have to be there in person.my removal was because I'm overstayer, but even before that I made an application of EEA which home office turn down.finally I put in another patnership application with my woman, home office claim that I was not in any relationship that the reason why I made that application is to fraustrate removal.but the architect of everything is my solicitor wasn't too good not active enough all his after was money money.although they gave me full right to appeal but I didn't the stress was too much when I got to naija. |

It will be easier to get married to her and apply for spouse visa rather than going through human right (right to family life) route because it will take you ages to get that since you are in Nigeria and not married to her.
This link will help you determine what to do http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/policyandlaw/immigrationlaw/immigrationrules/part7/
If you have more questions after reading it please ask. Justwise thank you so much for the information you provided for me.my question is the issue of Appendix FM. Clause stated about playing an active role to the child's upbringing, isn't when I'm back I can be supporting financially.I'm still playing active role in the sense that I communicate daily mostly by email,I received photos of him daily.also tried to convince my woman to come down to Nigeria for us to get married, but the problem is she's the only person taken care of our son and he's less than 2years.again he's still on open medical attention due to the fact he was born premature when I got removed.I can sort out where I can stay and get contact permission aswel.please justwise what do u suggest |
