Jobs/Vacancies / Can't All Nigerian Foreign Graduates Come To Our Rescue? by ban1(m): 10:07pm On Mar 22, 2010
(note: this doesn't mean Nigerians at home are not active)
I always ask myself if all the Nigerians who studied abroad and graduated and those with experience in one or two fields can come together and find a way of creating a better Nigeria. Let's bring some new ideas. Nothing is impossible, I understand that the current macro-environmental issue will be our barrier but we can scale through.
All Nigerians and Nigerian friends lets share some thoughts. Both the optimists and the pessimists are welcome as some people don't even believe in themselves talkless of Nigeria. I believe this will go a long way. We waste so much resources abroad which can be used to create a positive Nigeria. Most tourist countries don't have one tenth of our resources. Let's say or do something.

Your response might help us all,

Business / Re: FG: Nigeria’ll Not Enter Recession by ban1(m): 1:56pm On Oct 14, 2009
The government is not 100% sure of the population, no target has ever been met, I've never seen a Nigeria without recession.
A country where all its medical doctors and engineering graduates are bankers. its not all maths alone. May God bless my country. Only one thing keeps us moving forward----the excess of the stolen wealth. if only they can steal everything but its so much not even their children can finish it. But b4 then our children will be wise even if not by amnesty but by education.

@ztyle, no be 9ja fault but d govt. With rise in global tech, when boyz dey gather both local & international qualifications but nowhere to practise and utilise the acquired skills without no govt grants. This high level of unemployment led to the level fraud and rejection by d western world.

Politics / Re: Uk To Build N300m Prison In Nigeria ! by ban1(m): 3:46pm On Jul 09, 2009
£1M can not get u a flat in London victoria or kensington. The uk government is trying all its best to get rid of prisoners at the cheapest possible price but d only obstruction they respect is the human right. Human right has been deported from Nigeria in d 90s.
Let them take care of them. They cant tell any eu member that rubbish. If we accept dis, they 'd change our law forever and the next generation will suffer. How? The next generation will have no human right in the uk talk less of getting a lawyer. We will run this prison alone and they wont care how many prisoners are deported monthly. The money cannot pay prison staffs in d uk for 2 years. Enjoy ur ps3 at home men.

Travel / Re: Can A Visa Be Deferred? by ban1(m): 11:40am On Jun 23, 2009
@okokomeji. U 're correct. If u want 2 defer its possible as long as ur documents are not from "Oluwole". Its like a fresh application to the entry clearance officer but not too serious one but to know if ur sponsor will be willing and able 2 sponsor in the new change of circumstances.
Politics / Re: World Bank Gives Nigeria $600m For Power by ban1(m): 8:43am On Jun 19, 2009
can we be optimistic 4 once? At least we are sure of N500 each to vote PDP again come 2011. God punish them all. Cant we protect the interest of the next generation? If nigerian undergraduates can show their concern by making a march to the aso rock like once done in 2000 by the polytechnics.
I hope it's peaceful not to turn out to be like tianamene of 1989 in China. Nigerians deserve more than this. 60% of this credit will be shared among less than 20 PDP members. I dont want to remain in europe forever strugling to help oyinbo develop their country.

Politics / Re: Lagos Police Secretly Returns N250million Into Anambra Account Via Fidelity Bank by ban1(m): 5:11pm On Jun 11, 2009
I believe all these are not new to Nigerians again. If u see any 9ja, who wants to be a politician, their requirement is ability to do abrakadabra with fund (I'm, sorry if dont know this by now). An average 9ja needs money to vote without the knowledge of who u're electing sorry selecting.
Shame on us

Politics / Re: Would You Give Up Your Car For A Bicycle? by ban1(m): 9:56pm On May 13, 2009
I'm not tryn 2 be rude coz I was once like this. Whenever 9jrians have a piece of advice from anyone in d uk or the states, they tend 2 believe it can not work because the people are not enlightened. U can be d first 2 do anythin new in Nigeria. Forget ur status. Look at ur weight loss, time factor, enviromental factor and so on. Dont wait 4 ur president coz he is not interested. I wish d present youth can save d next generation from d hand of our ignorant leaders. I may not be in 9ja but stil a 9ja 2 d blood.

The Govt has never made any +ve, sensible step towards resolvin this issue. Ordinary National ID card na problem. Politics / Re: Reason Cctv Can Work In The Streets Of Lagos. by ban1(m): 12:32am On Jan 17, 2009
Dont let us be discouraged by anyone who is pessimistic. The idea is ok only if we start at the right places with the right trained personel. I work with this cctv in one of the borough in the uk. The fear of this cctv is a reduction in crime. Remember it not only for crime fighting. It can do more for other cases. Start n c 4st!
