I have also thought of this idea converting the polling centers to automatic polling booth by this i mean a machine just like the ATM that automatically compiles voters votes real time from just a single scan from your finger prints. once scanned your vote is done simple! even for the illiterates its just a matter of placing your thumb on the photo of the candidate you r voting for and voila, no questions asked the vote goes straight to a real time server monitored by every one allover the world and in Nigeria. thats my take Nigeria Go better ! amen

Pls is it possible for me to take a TOEFL test scores instead of this IELTS. and do i need to include the test scores when applying cos on the check list it states'' have u taken any english tests'' ?

What school in canada offer a Post Graduate Diploma in either Biochemistry or any other health science related major, with a third class and a good TOEFL and GRE score i believe if well directed i can still find a university offering a PGD in health sciences major. Thanks house
