Yes u give the first fruit of ur new job. Its all about separating the 'first' unto God so the rest part can be sanctified (for bible believers only). its a revelational exercise as such, u do it willingly not grudgingly or out of compulsion.

some guys find it hard to express their feelings to their g/f even their wives. I love u is usually too heavy for their lips maybe cos of their stiff background.
