PLEASE/ABEG, CAN SOMEONE OUT THERE TELL ME WHAT THE MONEY IS MEANT FOR AFTER PAYING TAX TO THE GSM NETWORK. I HOPE THIS WON'T LEAD TO PAYING AGBERO B4 RECEIVING CALLS ON THE STREET.

WHAT ARE THESE MONIES USED FOR, ? IF YOU WORK IN LOCAL GOVT. PLEASE LET US KNOW.
