⚠️Warning⚠️
Farkhunda was a 27-year-old Afghan woman, was preparing to be a teacher, she was brutally beaten with stones and sticks, dragged on the ground, thrown from a roof, run over with a car and burned to death with gasoline after being falsely accused of burning the Quran!

Any one with videos ?

Do you know that comets range in length from a a few hundred meters to 150 million km ?

Once they pass close to the sun , they start glowing due to the effect of solar radiation heating up the particles. This leaves a trail of light that appears to be travellig across the sky.

GreatBoss:
1.Yoruba
2.Igbo
3.Hausa
4.Ijaw

I carefully checked this.
So many of who you call Hausa are of different tribes and where Ijaw occupy in Niger Delta is larger than South East Nigeria, but for Igbos in South South, Ijaws would have been larger than Igbo.

The highest numbers of Ijaws are in Rivers State including so many Bayelsans because Port Harcourt is like second Capital City of Bayelsa that came out of Rivers.

Ijaws are in 6 States of Ondo, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa Ibom States, all are fully together and not even scattered by God but Nigeria scattered us.

@General Ditari.

Ijaw is only around 1.5% of Nigerias population, they less in number than even Ibibio, Fulani, Tiv, Kanuri.

Only Igbos have a very accurate pre colonial native calendar.
The Igbo week is made of 4 days
Igbo month is made of 7 weeks
And the Igbo year is made of 13 months
The Igbo year is a total of 364 days, approximately same with white man's 365 days in a year.

We need to reintroduce this system and other cultural things .
All the south eastern states need to adopt this

Nsibidi ,one of the oldest writing system in Africa , should be taught in eastern schools as well

You better go and ask your parents about moi moi which we also call Olele (Even there is a Yoruba proverb by our forefathers that most Yorubas know which goes thus: Olele (moi moi) to ba wọnu eko,ko tun jade mo)
also ask about,Èfó ewuro (bitterleaf soup) and egusi so they can tell you that coming to the SW made them adopt these Yoruba soups.
The names we call some of these different leaf soups are Èfó gbure or gure,Èfó sokoyokoto etc.

Whatever helps sleep well at night .
I’ll drop this final post and leave you to your delusions.
Vernonia Amygdalina aka Bitter Leaf is indigenous to eastern, western and central Africa . In Uganda , not only is bitter leaf used for food but it’s also used in soap making . Ethiopians have used it as well in pre colonial times. It has multiple names across these African regions as it’s widespread.

Chimpanzees in the forests of Tanzania have been observed eating it when suffering from parasitic infections .

Or maybe it WaS yOrUbA ThAt tAuGhT tHeM how tO use iT 🤡

Egusi is indigenous to west Africa all the way east past Cameroon to Ivory Coast. And all the way west to Mali. You probably taught them how to cook it as well.
If you don’t understand the concept of independent civilization , ask a professor.

But stay in your bubble and spew your folktales 👍🏾

That is not ewedu,it is èfó riro and it is more delicious than any of your soups.
Ewedu is the most popular because it is very medicinal and it is mainly gotten in the streets than any other Yoruba soup.

A lot of people from other ethnic groups now know that it is a healthy,medicinal and spirit lifting soup.
When my mum cooks it,she always puts something that makes me love it so much.I later found out that it is egusi rolled into small balls.

It seems like ewedu has been the driving force making Yoruba the foremost black people in the world.

They have the highest number of Grammy award winners.
Highest number of best and richest black musicians in the world and the list goes on.

There are some Yoruba food that are not only healthy and nutritious, but also very delicious and appealing to the palate.
My favorite is Èfó riro and Iyan. cheesy

We have:
Bitterleaf soup.
Waterleaf soup.
Marugbo..basically from Ondo.Eat it and you will never want to eat anything again.So delicious cheesy
Ila alasepo...Most Igbo soup I eat in canteen are basically ila alasepo to me because they are the same draw and some orisirisi.
Egusi Soup
Ishapa Soup.
Luru Soup.

Some other delicacies...
Asun...Delicious garnished meats.
Ifokore...Ijebu rewa cheesy
Egbo- A breakfast food made from corn.
Moimoi- that a lot of people now love.
Akara- Bean balls also relished by many.
Jogi- a moi moi like food, but I think usually made from egusi.
Wẹ also have Ojulofun, Ekuru, etc.

Hehehehe
This one say nah them get ofe-olugbu (bitter-leaf soup ), ulele (moi,moi) and ofe egwusi.

Nobody even knows what you call bitter leaf in yoruba language. I just asked my yoruba friend , he doesn’t know. But continue

Very soon una go say na una discover fire sef

Politics / Re: Babangida Administration Is One Of The Best- A Thread by BitterTruth0001: 10:28am On Dec 25, 2023
The SAP IDEOLOGY & RATIONALE

”The Babaginda government decided to throw the decision of whether to take the IMF loan to the general public through a debate. This was because the leadership felt that taking the loan would involve some hardships on the citizens; and not taking the loan will have the same effect since creditors would no longer permit further imports of raw materials for the industries. Those who participated in the debate represented different stakeholders in the society. There was the group from the organised private sector who were business individuals, those from the academia, religious organisation, socio-cultural societies and individuals with different social and ideological backgrounds. While many like the nationalists, communists and the academia wanted the government to reject the IMF and its conditionality, some like the bankers and the industrialists saw the need for the loan.

Essentially every Nigerian agreed that the economy demands restructuring. They agreed that it was too much dependent on foreign inputs; that agriculture was neglected; that the dependence on one export commodity should be halted. It must however be noted that this was the first time in the history of the nation for all stakeholders to be involved in the decision making process that would ultimately affect the lives of the general populace.

After the popular debate, the Government adopted in June 1986 a comprehensive structural adjustment program (SAP) that signalled a radical departure from previous reform efforts. It emphasized reliance on market forces and the private sector in dealing with the fundamental problems of the economy. The SAP was originally intended to last for two years, but was extended when it was realized that implementing many of the reforms required more time. Nigeria’s adjustment efforts were supported by three stand-by arrangements with the IMF, but the government decided not to use the Fund’s resources. The World Bank also supported the adjustment program though a US$450 million trade policy and export diversification loan.

The objectives of the SAP were, among others, to:
• restructure and diversify the productive base of the economy so as to reduce dependency
on the oil sector and imports;
• achieve fiscal and balance of payments viability over the medium term; and
• promote non-inflationary economic growth.

The growth and inflation objectives for 1987-88 were a real GDP growth of 3-4 per cent and a reduction of inflation to 9 per cent per year on an average annual basis. It was thought that the anticipated devaluation of the naira would have a considerable impact on consumer prices.

The key policies designed to achieve these objective were:
• Strengthening of hitherto strong and relevant demand management policies;
• Adoption of measures to stimulate domestic production and broaden the supply base
of the economy;
• The setting up of a Second-Tier Foreign Exchange Market (SFEM) as a mechanism of
realistic exchange rate and consequently, the alteration of relative prices to enhance efficiency in resource allocation, and to promote domestic-based production and non- oil exports;
• Further rationalisation and restructuring of tariffs in order to aid industrial diversification;
• The liberalization of the external trade and payments system-dismantling of price, trade and exchange controls;
• The elimination of price controls and commodity boards;
• The decontrol of interest rates; and
• The rationalization and restructuring of public sector enterprises and overhauling of
the public sector administrative structure.

In general, the various policy measures incorporated in SAP have been pursued to varying degrees of implementation coupled with a number of complementary polices and programmes. Some of these were geared toward alleviating the unintended effects of adjustment and to provide relief to the people. Some of the programmes and policies include the establishment of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) in 1986; a SAP relief package introduced in 1989; the establishment of the Urban Mass Transit Programme in 1988; establishment of the People’s and Community banks in 1989/90; the establishment of the Directorate of Food, Road and Rural Infrastructure (DFRRI) in 1986; a reflationary budget package in 1988; the 1991/1992 relief package for public sector officers; the reform of the civil service; and the Better Life for Rural Dwellers’ Programme in 1989.”

And how the hell will Yoruba men not be marrying Igbo women, when all of you have flocked here like refugees with destroyed homes. Even gazans no migrate reach you.

How many of the Yoruba men you mentioned actually went to Ibo land to pick a wife. They all found their refugee wives here in the SW.

Apart from the fact that you guys hawk your self like prostitute( which is presently the job of many ibo girls) to Yoruba men, it is impossible at this point to avoid you presently with how for every 10 Yorubas, their are 5 Ibos .

You can't find Yoruba women marrying other tribes because they are not immigrating to other dilapidated region looking for a better Life. They are not looking for a man to save them from their bad economic condition. They are independent women of value, who can take care of themselves and don't need any nzogbu nzogbu to marry them out of Poverty, unlike our professional Pussy hawkers. . Infact, apart from Yoruba men, the other people Yoruba women fvck with are foreigners. The most of you are not and cannot make their choice category.

Alafin, after a lot Yoruba women as bride,now with one Ibo chick as a play thing is now a major achievement. She is just an addition to the other trophies of Alafin.

Which men of calibre and politicians, is it sanwolu, is it Tinubu, is it Eyi of Ogun state, is it Adenuga the richest southerner in Nigeria, is it wole soyinka, is it Akinwunmi Adesina? Because of the few that decided to settle now is what is giving you erection, come with a better arguement.

You’re highly delusional .
You can go befriend any of those Igbo boys that sell market let them give you the load down. Otherwise , keep sipping your own kool aid .

If Adenuga’s son whom YOU mentioned , decides to marry an Igbo woman tomorrow , what are you gonna do, hang yourself ?

I can marry any yoruba girl I want. I just don’t want. I’ve had a yoruba girl offer me money to marry me , a professors daughter . I declined
I’m not a kid like you.
But if yoruba men go for Igbo women around then instead of yoruba women who are also around them , then what does that tell you
