I totally agree with you....I met a guy and one week later he was already referring to me as MRS :::::::::::. and talking about our unborn children blah blah blah......he was not interested in knowing me tho...or even been friends with me first (friends first so that the so called married will not be based solely on pillow talk but on true freindship). My guess is that he thought by calling me mrs and talking about children that I will gladly open my toto....TUFIYAKWA!!!!!!

When he saw that there was no way he could wak this puni....he bailed out.

Expecially Yoruba guys in london.....they meet you today morning, there lyrics is that they wanna marry you today evening...I have met 3 like that now and it is very annoying and disgusting and a total insult on my intelligence.

GIRLS KNOW AND RESPECT YOURSELF....OR YOU WILL END UP SELLING YOUR GROUNDNUT TO EVERYONE AND YET NO GENUINE MARRIAGE OFFER!!!

Smuthx: ladies kind or sweet gesture does not neccessary mean she loves you or want to be your girlfriend. Ladies that are open and friendly. If she accepts every guy that ask her out. you will probably be her 1000 boyfriend. so stop taking ladies friendliness = asking her out (being her bf)

Men...I luv your comment....I am having the same problem recently...dude meets me today and starts preaching i love you ...i love you...ughhhh....like seriously...what do you know about me that you love...when I suggested that we be friends first and if something leads to it....he tells me i am living an illusion of wanting friendship from a man...

Personally as a woman...i would rather be single forever that live with a man whom we have nothing in common but share a bed.....no...never...i will never be put under pressure to be mrs a or mrs b..

GUYS...SOME GIRLS ARE JUST BEEN POLITE TO YOU.....DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SUCH POLITENESS...ESPECIALLY NIGERIAN MEN WHO THINK BY ASKING YOU OUT THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR...MTCHEEEEEEEWWWWWWWW!!!

MY POLITENESS TO MEN SEEMS TO BE CAUSING ME A LOT OF DISRESPECT AND DISTRESS...IMAGINE A MAN MEETING YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME...AND HE IS ASKING HOW IS YOUR LOVE LIFE....ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!!!!

2) we too like money, everyone wants to be a politician so that they can loot.

3) we too kiss politicians nyash!!!, why because you might need their connection or they might roja you.

4) the white man, they are the ones that continue to provide an avenue for our corrupt leaders to hide their stash in foreign banks, these foreign banks then use our cash to issue loans and credit cards to their citizens, the same white man, when he sees that your money in their bank is reaching 1-4 billion dollars, they will arrange an oyibo ashawo to give you poisonous apple so that you will die, what happens when you die?? THEY FREEZE YOU BANK ACCOUNT.

5) With the same money that they get from the frozen account, they use it to give Naija Loan , na wa.

I want to believe only Nigerians are allowed in this forum, If so since when did Nigerians begin to have Atheists views

Only a fool will say there is no God, obviously there are many fools here.

To the poster, you want God to stop natural disasters, HMMMHH, have you ever sat back to think about what actually causes these natural disasters I am not a geologist, but I do think that at some point, there must be some effect of excess drilling of oil on the earth's crusts, this is common sense isn't it

What have you done as a human beign to help prevent this natural disaster?, you love your car, you love your electricity, etc, surely nothing goes for nothing, there must be a price to pay for our worldly enjoyments.

If you believe there is no God, do not rubbish those that believe in him,

Do not take the piss out of christians and their beliefs, I can swear your ancestors believed in God,

I do not see anyone talking about Allah, or is it because you are scared the muslims might blow your head off??
Family / Re: Must A Man Share The Same Bedroom With The Wife? by blandish: 12:04pm On Jan 22, 2010
I think sharing a room 247 is not absolutely necessary, personally I would prefer to have a seperate room so that I can have my own privacy, i think this also prevents see finish oooo,

If you both have an understanding and an agreement that if you feel the need to be with each other for the night, then the husband can go into the wife's room or vice versa.

The agreement should be that who ever goes to the other should not be refused sex for the night under no circumstance.

This will give the football loving husbands time to spend watching their football and the woman can have a good sleep or watch her girlie programs without dragging the remote control.

It will also keep their sex life fresh, me thinkx  kiss

This will also give the woman or man to cuddle up wiv dem kids in bed when they want,

It's just my opinion of course, find out what works for you , the most important thing at the end of the night is the communication and not the sex,

If there is good communication, there will be even greater sex, lipsrsealed GBAM

HMMMMMM,

I watched a program on discovery today about brothels in italy 3000 years ago, (in Pompei, before the volcanic eruption)

You will not believe the sort of obscene pictures they had on the walls, they had signs of BLOKOS, engraved on stones on the street, which they used like sign boards to indicate that there is an ashawo house just at the corner of the street.

Walahi, the wicked sex positions they drew on the walls enhhh, they were worse than they have in today's playboy or sex magazines

This begs the question. IS ASHAWO truely the oldest profession

babyx:

Ladies, DO NIGERIAN gals use MINERAL MAKEUP? yes or no, (whats all this talk abt some gals been rich n others poor)
Yes some Nigerian Ladies use mineral makeup, but in my own opinion, our dark skin shade dont carry off mineral makeup very well. Plus our weather dont help either. They are expensive, not stay on for long because of the hot weather.

, right on the head!!

I was actually looking for a yes or no answer and where to buy and how much it costs and not whether mineral makeup is for rich, poor girls or local championssmiley

afribeauty:

she sure knows wot she is talking about, poor girls use it too, though i dont use it but u can get a mineral make-up for a thousand plus around a thousand three or five, so its also affordable for poor ladies atleast at dat price

HMM, NA WA SHA!!! Dis naija mentality of equating price with quality no wonder the country is the way it is, so poor lady no go rub powder make she too she follow fine abi na wetin??

[if someone offers me a bobbi brown foundation or loose powder to buy for less than 3000 naira do you think i'll buy it?
or is the concept of fake products now foreign to the dealers themselves?

NEWS FLASH!!!! Bobby brown is made in china, Even Avon and Iman and sleek is made in Taiwan, the cost of producing one powder is probably 250 naira but they sell it to you for 3-5k, it is called marketing and not fake.

MY BRODA, DEM SAY WHO NO GO NO KNOW.

why do you think most people who traveled out have not returned to show off their wealth permanently?,

see, whether you are a professional or not, you will not make 1 million a month, ok assuming you make 1 milla, when they collect tax and national insurance, rent, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, mobile phone, landline, tv licence, , oh did i miss car insurance, petrol, home insurance, pet insurance, and the almighty mortgage, you will be left with 120k, believe me there is no escaping this list of bills oooo,

All in the name of answering who dey jand!!!!!

ok, wait till you have your kids, you cannot tell your kids to shutup when they make noise, or tell them to kneel down because your aproko neighbour will call ekelebe, the list of the disadvantages are endless,

the only advantage in my opinion is the fact that you enter aeroplane!!!!,

STAY HOME AND MAKE THE MOST OF WHAT YOU HAVE GOT, YOU PROBABLY SAW A FRIEND WHO CAN FROM ABROAD TO SPEND CASH, NA LIE OOOO IT IS ALL FALLACY!!!!!!, he probably cleans oyibo yansh for a living. cool

If you want to go jand, just go and visit and see for yourself, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS.

you complain of the things that worry you in naija, that is what makes you a survivor, you will only appreciate naija and the freedom you enjoy, when you go abroad and live in a cage , you cannot cough because you are not sure who is listening!!!

Hmmmm a word is enough for the wise,

@ Beaf

Thanks for the wiki link. I have read it and it says it is offensive in Aussie and US but widely used in the UK, vacora lives in the UK why does he feign ignorance? why is it widely used in the UK and he wants Nigerians not to use the word

@ Beneli

could you please define what you mean by informed? because I live in PH, Abuja and UK and it is the norm, everyone from a banker to a fufu seller refers to a mixed race as half cast, there is no embarassment in this issue and 99% of nigerians are definitely not ignorant because they use the word, if the west decide that they do not want to use this word, I have not heard them making any announcements to nigerians not to use this word. in their land it is not acceptable, in ours it is, soon you are going to tell me that because the western countries now accept gay marriages or gay relationships, since it is not openly acceptable in nigeria, then nigerians are ignorant.

@Vacora , the above comment is not a license for you to attack me or bring up stupid arguments about gay people!!!!

when in rome, behave like a roman, if in naija, behave like a nigezie!! kapish

until yaradua passes a bill to ban the word, in nigeria a mixed race will continue to be refered to as a half cast, in a good way!!!!! Beneli which word do the informed people now use, curious to know.

THIS IS IT, I AM STICKING TO THE ORIGINAL TOPIC NOT THIS NON SENSE TALK!

@ Vacora,

You are a bloody a**hole!!!!!

You call it a racial slur, I call it a description, if you live abroad, or whereevr the f*** you live where the word half cast is not acceptable, that does not mean it is not acceptable in nigeria,

half of what you ask.

Half of white and half of black I say!!!

The problem with you uptight lot is that you always want to create an issue where there is none, do you realise that 99% nigerians refer to a mixed race/mullato as a half caste are you now telling me that the entire nation is racist??, and do not bother asking where I got that statistic from except you are daft!!!!, Only when you cross the border to UK or US do you realise that they do not accept dem words, Hence my reason for saying people do not always mean bad, to nigerians, it is a description.

"I will not condone any racial abuse,if it was up to people like you, Obama and the rest of us including Nigerians will be probably picking cotton on some farm"

Hmmm, what is the difference between picking cotton and picking tomatoes in the farm?, the world does not revolve around america or wherever you live, News flash!!!!!, People still pick cotton in farms in Nigeria, oh and tomatoes.and let me remind you, THIS FORUM IS FOR NIGERIANS ONLY, IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OUR CULTURE, OUR WAY OF LIFE AND OUR LANGUAGE, vancora, I REPEAT GET THE F**K OUT OF THIS FORUM.

The bottom line is that whether I like it or not, people still refer to blacks as Nig***zz, asians as Chinkos, the fact that "YOUR" society does not accept the words does not mean that its is not been used.

"I am not going to engage in email tag match with you, go read a book and do something productive with your time"

Hmm vacora, I am a millionaire already, and I contribute to the society by employing 35 people, what else do you want me to do with my time how about you get your a** off this forum for good, and stick your up tight a** where it belongs, in HARLEM!!!!!!

This is how I jerk off, have you got aproblem with that??

BANZA!!

"Don't ever use the word half caste abeg!!! Not even mixed race. They are as black as you can be. I hate that the words mixed race or half caste. They sound annoying. I have cousins whose moms or dads are white and no way I'll let anyone use those words to describe any member of my family. They are Black and they Identify themselves as Black and the government recognize them only as Black cause there is nothing like Half caste or mixed race in the government's dictionary. Even in the real world, they are fully accepted as blacks only by black people white folks don't think of them as bi racial or white. It's only in the Black community that we see them as same as us which they are. White folks still bask in their racial purity ignorance making them keep the one drop rule going.

half cast, what is wrong with the word, this is a nigerian forum and we all know that nigerians refer to mixed race/mullatos as half cast and we do not mean it in a bad or degrading way. please do not incorporate your british uptightness in this forum.

you do not even want to use the word mixed race, how else do you want them to be described BLACKYINBO??

@9jaganja

Abeg will you stop being an idiot? your family is what it is and if the race is mixed, the race is mixed and in naija, it is called half cast, take it or you tell your family people black or white to stick their dicks to their own race pronto.

Walahi,

as for the person that asked about Kimora simmons, are you looking for words from my mouth?, ofcourse she is a chinko, or a chunkwi, and heck, it is not meant in a bad way, just as whites are oyibozzzzzz.

I am sure every race has a word they use in describing another, and I am sure they do not mean it in a bad way. it is the britiko people with their uptightness that always want to say what is good or bad word, when they cannot even tell a stick from a dick.

in nigeria we practice freedom of all speech, chinko, blacki, paki, oyinbo, halfcast, etc etc, take it or GET THE HECK OUT OF THIS FORUM!!!!

Politics / Re: Why We Hate Nigeria So Much - By The Diasporians A.ka. Nigerians Abroad! by blandish: 12:30pm On Nov 05, 2009
@r321

how can you tell me there is nothing wrong in marrying oyibo?/?, i can swear you are married to one.

we all know how hard naija is, young women cannot find husbands because the men themselves can barely feed themselves.

now the few men that go abroad and so well for themselves, they decide to marry oyibo, not just any oyibo, but the ones that barely finished their secondary education, and rely on benefits. how many of your friends that marry oyibo actually marry the working class ones? enh r321

don't fool yourself, if 90% of the naija men think their fellow black women are not good enough for them, why do they go back to look for black village virgins when there marriage to an oyibo fails , believe me, they all fail within 5 years.

the idiots think they want half cast children that speak funneee'''' what nonsense,

how many working class oyinbo men in london have you seen marrying the black ladies

my friend call a spade a spade, i will bet my ass you are married to a benefit collecting, cannabis smoking fat ugly oyibo woman, you think when you say you are in IT you are fooling anyone on this forum,

you cannot deny that majority of the naija men do security work, I have no problem with making a living like I mentioned before. but the same guys paint the wrong picture that jand is the place to be, IT IS NOT!!!!!!

DEM SAY WHO NO GO NO KNOW!!!!!!!!!

It is usually the our guys abroad that hate naija, they marry the worst oyibo ever, have children so that they will have papers. when the oyibo bleeps him up and stops him from seeing his children, he now wants to look for a yourng virgin in nigeria.

If you check london/abroad, our naija ladies are doing great, but no husband to marry them because every black naija guy has got the uglies fattest oyibo as a wife.

I know because I live in london.

Since I moved abroad, I have never felt prouder to be a nigerian, infact I am relocating back by december.

In London, our guys ambition is simply to be an all night security guard, I am talking about masters holders oooooooo, either that or they sweep train stations and pick litter in trains, now there is nothing wrong with making a living. the proble is when these people want to return home, the go and use their hard earned savings to buy all the versace and hugo boss , this fuels the general nigerian thinking that jand is the ultimate. IT IS NOT!!!!!!! THERE IS NO FREEDOM OR HAPPINESS THERE PRONTO.

Its usually the broke chics that do this because it makes them feel like they are in london or something, even oyibo dey wear pant ooo
