how lost you are, clearly not your fault(might be), your just pouring out what you were feed. An Igbo man started a coup? but you still use the same mouth and call the region the said man came from south south, which was previously Midwest

Not what I was told, but what was evident. Is south south part of south east?

Some of the minority tribe that was put under Eastern don't even speak Igbo. Your armies came into my land to rape our women in the name of conquest or expansion. What business has edo people got with igbos, what were they doing in our land?

UK will burn with her British empire for the atrocities and genocide it committed against biafrans from 1966 till date. this is just the beginning

You people never talk about the crime Biafran armies committed against the minority tribes in Midwest and South South.

Let's start with that first, and before thunder go fire Britain. Thunder can't fire Britain when your people are also guilty. Let's not forget that an Igbo man started the first coup.

What consigns you. You people evil plan against Lagos has failed. Go to your zone and hold your governors to be accountable. Lagos is working. Anybody from other region, who want to destroy Lagos by disguising as protester will be serious death with. Everywhere is peaceful, because children of hate are warned by Yorubas, to stay clear of protest.

You re still playing the ronu politics. Who wants to destroy lagos?
Most of us have properties in lagos?
You, do you have one?
The endsars protest that went violent was it the igbos that single handedly led the protest ?
Those that stole the staff of authority of lagos oba are all igbos too. You people have decided to give a dog the bad name so that you can hang it.

Until you people begin to look beyond well crafted indoctrination and propaganda, there won't be peace in your personal life and beyond. Stop managing the truth by sentiment. Most of you have not being truthful.

I don't support your cursing or wishing people bad luck, but the scale of destruction witnessed in Lagos during the Endsars saga was extraordinary.

All concerned - responsible protesters and the state government must do their best to ensure there is no repeat.

I am not in support of the destruction, and I never like the way things turned.

Everyone of you kept talking about lagos being destroyed during endsars protest, but none of you could say how it began. If you are honest with yourself, you would answer this question with honesty.

Was the endsars initially peaceful when it started?
What precipitated the protester to go voilent ?

We have a system that can eat their cake and still have it in their hands. We all witnessed how they cunningly cover up the investigations. They(government) made sure that they(protester) couldn't pinned any thing on them.
Politics / Re: Atiku Condemns Genocidal Threat Against Igbos Living In Lagos by Bliztzer: 9:08pm On Aug 01
ochejoseph:
A statement by H.E Atiku Abubakar, Vice President of Nigeria (1999-2007) and Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (2023) on the genocidal threat to the Igbos to vacate Lagos and the other Southwest states on a specified date.

The recent call on @X (formerly @twitter) for a protest under the hashtag #IgboMustGo, demanding the forced relocation of Igbo people from Lagos and other Southwest states, is deeply troubling and fundamentally opposed to the principles of unity and coexistence that define our nation. Such rhetoric is not only divisive but also endangers our peace and security, as our Constitution guarantees every Nigerian the right to live and work freely anywhere in the country.

History has shown us the consequences of allowing hatred and bigotry to fester, as seen in Rwanda. What began with inflammatory rhetoric led to devastating outcomes. We must learn from these lessons and act decisively.

I call on the Nigerian government and relevant authorities to take immediate and strong action against those inciting such hatred and division. It is imperative to investigate, arrest, and prosecute individuals promoting ethnic discrimination and violence. The rule of law must prevail, and those found guilty of incitement should face the full extent of legal consequences.

Nigeria's strength lies in its diversity, and we must resist any efforts to sow discord among our people. Lagos and the Southwest have long been melting pots of cultures where individuals from various backgrounds contribute to our collective growth and development. The Igbo community, along with all other ethnic groups, is an integral part of this vibrant mosaic.

I urge all Nigerians to stand united against this divisive rhetoric and to champion unity, tolerance, and understanding. Our future depends on our ability to live and work together harmoniously. The government and security agencies must act swiftly to protect this fundamental principle and ensure that every Nigerian can live free from fear of discrimination or persecution.

It is alarming that, five days after this threat emerged, there has been a troubling silence. Immediate action to arrest, investigate, and prosecute those behind this heinous agenda is crucial. This will serve as a deterrent to others who might consider pursuing similar paths that threaten our national security.

Which mothers? A lot of youngsters today think everything that happened before they were born happened in the olden days whereas most of them were born from the 90s down. Which mothers of good generation is he talking about? Same girls of 90s that every Friday night from moremi hall unilag to uniben to uniport to Unical, ESUTH etc you will see all kinds of assorted cars parked in font of female hostels..racer daewoo, pontiac, v-boot, 505 etc that time the sugar daddies like driving into the hostels themselves in full glare of all man to see what they are purchasing than send aides like today , these were top military aides to military administrators, top businessmen etc . Those girls leave every Friday night and come back Mondays then. My dad bought a mint Volvo for one of them and today one of her sons is claiming alpha male on Facebook and lamenting about how most of the girls of today are not decent like their mothers , same his mother that my dad and his rich club members lodged overnight in several hotels back then and even took her on trips to west African countries around 1994..smh . Today all those whoress of yester years have transformed into decent motherly figures in the eyes of their children who have now become alpha males because they see them on long gowns and thought they were born that way when comparing young girls of today with their so called ā€œdecentā€ motherā€™s generationā€¦na ignorance dey worry a lot of people today
