Attraction is not logical
So there's no standard How To,

You can start by creating awareness,
find a common ground,
send funny text msgs, e-mail,
get close, not too close sha

And let it happen naturally
while you are doing all this
Dont give away too much of urself
Dont be desperate too!
Good luck
TV/Movies / Re: I Can Solve The Problem Of Movie Piracy by Blow(m): 3:48pm On Mar 09, 2007
Piracy is a systemic problem in nigeria
and other third world countries.

first and foremost, proffer solution to
poverty, unemployment and low standard
of living.

Others like piracy will take care of themselves.

You can recruit SANs and get court judgement
but you wont stop those boys in Alaba
and computer village from surviving

Neither will you stop that young hip-hop/rap
aficionado from getting a pirated Eminem, JayZ
or Tupac Compact Disc for just a few nairas.

Sports / Re: Memories Of The Principals' Cup In Lagos? by Blow(m): 3:05pm On Mar 09, 2007
Great!

I witness the intrigues of the
principal cup in the late 80's

When my alma mater Lagos Baptist Academy a.k.a Aka,
Baptacad was a prominent team,

Aka was to meet Igbobi in the 1988 quater-finals.

Some Aka boys went towards the Igbobi
end of Ikorodu road to prevent Igbobi supporters
from attending the match at Vaughn in Maryland.

The report of the violent clash reached Aka
and the principal had to call an assembly
where the students were warned against
getting involved in violence.

I think Aka won the match eventually,
and lost to CMS in the semi-finals thru penalty.

Bestman and Angler were two of Aka popular
players.

But the competition was banned in the early 90's
because of hooliganism and violence.

Blow - Someone who responds with a punch in an argument.

Romance / Re: Do Long Distance Relationships Work? by Blow(m): 3:38pm On Mar 08, 2007
It depends on how long the two of you are apart.

Suppose he's in Uk and she's in Iraq
And the two meets in Nigeria within every 3 months
Thats cool now.

But if she's in Ibadan and He's in lagos.
and both meets once every one year
Thats really a long distance, long time,
So I dont think it will work

Politics / Re: Opinion Polls Will Discourage Election Rigging? by Blow(m): 2:35pm On Mar 08, 2007
Opinion polls doesnt have any effect on decision taking or
policy-making in Nigeria yet.

Can you remember the Silverbird "Who Nigerians want to be President "
poll. Chris Okotie lead according to the polls.

But Is Okotie one of the presidential possibles today?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/6205876.stm

When it comes to issues of politics, election, rigging and the like.
The say of the public does not count in the scheme of events.
However you can still have your say.

Did the "largest" party in disarray sample nigerians opinion before
choosing their presidential frontrunner flagbearer?

Nay, opinion polls cant discourage rigging
But the action of the people can reduce rigging

Romance / Re: Can A Relationship Survive A Break? by Blow(m): 4:14pm On Mar 07, 2007
we should take a break,
see other people

For what? To taste new apples?

Come off it, I think it was a mistake
to suggest this kind of break.

It shows some lack of commitment
to the relationship on your part.
Just go back to him and apologise
if you still love him.

Religion / Re: Why Did God Plant That Tree In The Garden Of Eden? by Blow(m): 10:37am On Mar 07, 2007
God created a man that should think and be responsible for his actions.

A man that will be like Himself (God).

Resposibilty comes with freedom of choice,

And how do you know if somebody is responsible
if you dont give exceptions.

*God created the tree because he chose to do that.

God didnt create a robot whom he wanted to control with a remote.

He wants man to think and choose between obeying him
or disobeying him.
Religion / Re: Why Did God Plant That Tree In The Garden Of Eden? by Blow(m): 10:29am On Mar 07, 2007
Genesis Chapter 1
26.And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Genesis Chapter 2
15.And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

16.And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17.But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

19.And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
