I think you should just give up hope of been called for the interview dude cos even i that went for the three interviews has not heard zip from them,so i am moving on.

I would rather advise that he should file away Lafarge in one corner of his mind, and get on with his life & whatever job he has now. These multinationals can be funny and unpredictable at times. The guy that had his medicals scored 30 something, Eeyore scored 40 something in the same test. Who says he can not be called still?? I've seen a case where someone was invited for interview almost one year after the aptitude test.

I wrote on August 3rd for the post of Human Resources officer and scored 42. But I haven't heard from them yet.

I also got the invitation for Tuesday, but I honestly do not remember what position I applied for. Definitely not entry level, though.
