Filling the ippis validation form online without getting any circular signal from the organizations authority is very risk. Some organisation has their own of doing theirs without individual going online to do it . If Ur organization has not placed any circular yet then U don't need to rush

I agree with you. However some institutions like mine are confused and have no full guidance about the whole thing. If not confused why will they ask us to go ahead and register and later ask us not to register when some have already registered. I think the government need to work more on enlightening people on what and how they need things be done

I did. My institution issued a circular on that regards but I later heard that (I didn't see) a new circular was issued that we should disregard it. Whatever the case I was able to validate it.

You are right. That is why i said corps members too will be treated as every other federal worker. It was the same for some federal workers too they were also paid in January 2020 and arears from April 2019 - January 2020 was paid i think in February 2020

The payment to corps members is going to be same with every other Federal worker. If the government and NLC reach agreement tomorrow, then the new minimum wage may reflect in June salary together with arears of April and May. Or they may choose to pay the arears later who knows

You are right. However I think the wage award stops and the new minimum wage starts from April 2024 meaning that Arears will be paid from April 2024

I've been married for 2 years now with a new born baby. the issue now is that anytime we have issues my wife always threatens to leave.

Some Women are like that sometimes though. My advice is that keep managing her like that and be patient with her. In most cases it's the anger control that they lack but truly it's not that she wants to leave or she's tired of the marriage except of you are hurting her physically of emotionally. If you are patient with her then you both will be happy but if you fail to tolerate her now then you both together with your little baby will not be happy because of separation.

One of the reasons why these doctors goes on strikes is that majority of them have their own private clinics, so they dont care what ever the consequences of the strike may be to the ordinary man. The ordinary man feel the effect of this strike more. Because he can not afford to go to a private clinics. I know of many doctors that work in the government hospitals and still run a private clinic. Until the government take strong measures against those ones working in government own hospitals and still having their own hospital some of this unnecessary strike will never ease. I am not in support of the government not treating them well but their own is becoming more unnecessary
