Correct. Also present Egypt, Morocco Tunisia were black territory. Not Arabic Republic of Egypt! These are historical pointers to the uniqueness of the the black race.
If there's any point of unity among other races, it is their disdain for blacks.

Here once election is lost, the umpire is biased, the judiciary is sick, everybody is after them... but when won, its victory for democracy! PELTS!

Just 3 states o, see how the process is fraught with irregularities and what nots. And the Nigerian courts offered their stamp to confirm that the last outing that was nationwide was flawless ☺️

Little wonder the masses don't turn up for elections, and have so little faith in the Nigeria project. I got report from my hometown in Imo, that only 1 person voted in a PU in the community. It's condemnable to not observe the civic duty but what does it matter when the courts can just see through an arrangement made irrespective of the people's choice. In contrast, during the presidential elections, 142 queued up here to endorse LP.

Despite the obvious apathy in this current elections, something beautiful is happening on paper. APC alone somehow managed to cook up 540,308 votes in a no-show election while the total number of voters in the 2023 presidential election for all parties with a better turn up was 459,000. 😎
How many PUs are in IMO where you use one PU to generalize?

First off, I dislike it when people who have been in power comment on things they could have implemented when they were in power. 1995 recommendation is what Alhaji is pushing in 2023. What happened between 1999 and 2007? Why didn't you push for it?
2ndly, Alhaji lacks moral standing to request rotational presidency because his refusal to abide by that was what made PDP lose.
Lastly, media trial should not be encouraged. Its really unfair on Justices of SC. And laws should be advocated to stop this. You talk in a place where others can't respond to you. You had your day in court and you lost out based on law. It wouldn't make sense to me that appeal court and supreme Court justices were all bribed! Esp when I remember that till date AA hasn't agreed that Buhari won him despite SC judgement. It's a pattern.

Exactly why I'm not excited about it. Its not sustainable. Its another loan. And we will be back to status quo when it's fully utilized.
Ramp up crude production to 2.5mbd by Dec, improve gas export. Stop petrol import by Dec 2023. You should get seeming stability (alongside this $10b). Then you can start hoping on fdi.

PO is truly all shades of incompetence!
Seriously, would I have voted someone who forgot that IREV is not a collation means and that INEC has right to transmit result through any means of thier choice (as in constitution)? Would I have voted in someone who thinks FCT vote is superior to Anambra, Ekiti and Borno votes? Would I have voted for someone who remembered to go to court, held different press conferences but somehow forgot to present the results/figures/evidence of his winning votes in court?

Peter obi was already an elected governor before being impeached for not allowing corruption to breathe in his government's infancy. He then fought to win his rightful mandate back.

Your Tinubu's case is entirely different on so many levels so don't use it as a yardstick to judge the efficacy of past or present supreme court judges.
Peter Obi's was adjudicated by thesame set of judges. He fought? Through his lawyers and was made a governor by this same judges; was even allowed 8years against his adversary's prayers in court.
Let the court do it's work. You cannot praise the same set of judges in certain instance and condemn them in another coz it wouldn't favor you.
Unlike you, I don't see Tinubu or Obi in this matter. I see judges doing thier work.

Shut up n stop allowing religion becloud ur sense of judgement. Who is going to be happy to have strangers take over his or her land at gun point, dispossessing them of their ancestral inheritance of landed property and still take away their liberty because they are powerful. Don't u think someday, monkey will go market and ceases to come back home? That's what happened to Isreal. Though they pound Hamas but they will also feel the effect of their actions.

I don't support terrorists actions as they have no justification but cheating isn't good
You don't support yet you support. That's the fruit of hypocrisy.
Current Egypt is occupied mostly by Arabs, aboriginals are minority, same in most north Africa, America, Canada, Australia....So stop the dummy of ancestral land.
That land has been in contention before even Palestinians moved in. They got it through war too. These are historical facts.
When you want to strike a superior, just make sure you are strong enough to win. Each people do what is best for thier citizens.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Did Hamas Miscalculate Israel's Resposnse? by Buccalcavity2: 10:19pm On Oct 11, 2023
bjdon:

I just can't see how Hamas did what they did and would not accept the response Israel is now deploying. I think Hamas exactly knows what they are doing, and I've got the feeling they are waiting for the ground war to start. Maybe they've got hold of anti tank rockets from the Russia-Ukraine war, I don't know, but I just think Hamas still have something else up their sleeve.
You simply do not kill over 1000 Israeli citizens and not expect a full invasion of Gazza.

Honestly it's up to Israel and Hamas to do what is best for them. I watched an interview on CNN where a reporter was trying to emotionally blackmail an Israeli. The Israeli tearily answered "what will you have us do? You saw how our citizens (civilians) were slaughtered. you saw the jubilation by Palestinians in Gaza and even in Israel, you are saying we shouldn't attack because Palestinians in Gaza could be injured. Was that the position you took when 9/11 happened? Whose interest should we protect?"
I had no opinion again just like the interviewer after the guys response.

Since I've been monitoring this, Its the same pattern. Hamas attacks with rockets and Israel retaliates, then they call for a truce. The difference this time is that Hamas bridged the border and physically did what it had always stood for on Israeli citizens and covered it on camera., thereby humiliating and proving Israel right that it's existence is at risk if Hamas exists.
Make no mistake. If those over 5000 rockets found its way into Israel alongside the land assault, Israel would have been history last Saturday!

Disobedience will argue again, bunch of idiots

INEC should make Minimum voting Age atleast 30 years, some probing questions

Many Gen Z are mentally incapable of politics and governance

According to a research by Oxford Professor the real age of Adulthood is 30, that is when an Adult brain fully matures

You see all those Rinu Oduala, FS Yusuf, and soroke youth are not intelligent enough , same as Hudeyen, Area father and if you believe them you are even more foolish

Funny enough non of them graduated from a University they all dropped out including 70 year old mumu Charley grandpa

.
The problem is not GenZ. The problem is Hatred. Obidients make you see how blind hatred can distort ones sense of judgement and even hurt one! Its an important life lesson.
Did you not see a former CJN defend 25% fct, A Prof of law saying INEC must use IREV in result announcement, another Prof sharing fake news only to apologize later, Pastors doing the unthinkable on pulpit...
I personally saw the head of legal/corporate counsel of a foremost upstream oil and gas company in nigeria post on his Facebook page that Ariwoola went to meet BAT in UK. He quickly took it down when NBA and supreme Court reacted.
So Its not surprising that learned lawyers, a whole tv station ...will not exercise sound judgement in the face of a clear issue.
May I be able to judge right despite my interests.

Politics / Re: Hamas, Hezbollah Are Freedom Fighters You Hypocrites—Tinubu’s Aide Blasts US, UK by Buccalcavity2: 12:59pm On Oct 10, 2023
seunmsg:

The situation with Isreal and Nigeria are not the same. No ethnic group was displaced from their ancestral land in Nigeria. Nigeria is simply the amalgamation of many nations to form a very big country. In fact, the Igbos at the time of negotiating independence categorically demanded that the union should exist forever and any group or person that demands for separation should be treated with treason. Azikiwe specifically vetoed the request for a secession clause in the constitution. Igbos have freedom in Nigeria. They move around freely and have absolute control of their land. They also willingly signed up for an indissoluble Nigeria.

So, how’s that the same with Isreal? Palestinians are under Israeli subjugation. They’ve taken over their land and they won’t even allow them move freely or do anything within their territory. They are living under the absolute control and dictate of Israel even though they don’t belong to the same country.

But... Hamas doesn't want a 2 state solution either. So let's stop the hypocrisy. The battle in that zone even precedes 1948. Expansionist agenda is as old as the word history. Palestinians got into that land with war too.
I see attempts to rationalize broad day light killing of babies, elderly, raping of women.... then using thier citizens as shields. That's always the Hamas, ISIS, Bokoharam modus operandi.(then they start stories of western interference)
What happened last Saturday was egregious. No nation will take it! Lets not be hypocrites...and let people accept consequences for actions.

There's nothing religion will not reduce some people to. What is your business with 2 nations trying to assert their dominance? Arabs don't like blacks and don't hide it. Jews don't like Christians and don't hide it. Why then are you stocking flames of fire in your country with your hypocrisy.
Ukraine vs Russia, ECOWAS vs Niger, Hamas vs Israel. You'll find a way to domesticate thier battles. Haba!
Embrace your enlightened self interest!
Fact: Hamas escalated hostilities with overt support of Palestinian President. Israel is retaliating. I grab my🍿
