In other words, Jubrin should tell Tinubu to direct judiciary to release Nnamdi Kanu the ipob terrorist. Spoken like a typical ipob illiterate. So Tinubu should interfere with the judiciary in the discharge of their constitutional duties, and turn around to accuse same Tinubu of such interference. The earliest time the Albino hunchie will be free is 2058.

But Gen Ironsi was very happy to have Adaka Boro given the Capital Punishment for declaring Niger Delta Republic about 6 weeks after the Jan 66 Coup

What does that already tell you ?

Gen Ironsi's case is very Complex

Left to himself
Ironsi was not a desperate or Ambitious Person he was Just happy being an Officer

It was Azikiwe's and others and scheming right from independence that Pushed Ironsi
Into the Problem that took his life and the lives of many others.

Gen Ironsi was not supposed to be the head of the Nigerian Army
It was Wellington Bassey who was Gen Ironsi's senior by over 3 years in the officer
Corp that the British had been preparing to take over the Nigerian Army because he was the most Senior Nigerian Officer

Azikiwe played a very Nasty Tribal game to side Track Wellington Bassey and
get Gen Ironsi to emerge at the Head of the Nigerian Army instead of Bassey

Azikiwe couldn't handle the fact that Wellington Bassey from Calabar was destined
to head the Nigerian Army so he did everything to hold Basseys Army Career back
Wellington Bassey's Trainings and Promotions were all delayed until after Gen Ironsi his junior had emerged as the head of the Army
💯 On point.

What is Nigeria's governments capacity that makes it poor?
Capacity, I refer to GDP. How much revenue should a government raise from its GDP. E.g I live in a state with 4.5million people with $258B GDP. This state gets $78B Revenue.
Nigeria has more than that GDP but generates less than $20b. YoY we're obsessed with corruption, but the revenue is even nothing, assuming nobody steals a penny from the expenditure side. $20B for 200m people?
Potential to earn is there (GDP) but no president has been hardworking enough to raise revenue.

Because leaders from other regions were killed except the Igbo leaders.

And eventually after the coup, it was an Igbo man , Aguiyi Ironsi who benefited from the coup.

So it's Igbo's coup

It be like some of una missed history class in secondary school
And the beneficiary,Ironsi, coincidentally was reluctant to punish the "coupist".....but speedily promulgated Unitary decree.
What a series of coincidences!

Very funny sets of criminal-some entities.
Nigeria with an average crude oil production of 1,300,000 barrels per day,and at a price of about $89 per barrel, by 364 days a year,is making nothing less than $42 billion per year(excluding royalties).
FIRS is now saying that non oil revenue is now more than 50% of what's shared at FAAC.
Going by those data,Nigeria makes nothing less than $100 billion per year even with the level of corruption in the oil and revenue sector, mostly as a result of under disclosure and under remittances by the collection agencies.
These people just amazed me with their caricature submission.
They just want to increase tax again even with the biting economic hardship.
They are taking the masses for granted, what's happening in Kenya is a child's play the day the masses will wakeup.
You evidently have never read Nigeria budget nor understand her Revenue profile. Difficult to engage!

The Palestinians have been oppressed, harassed, humiliated, despised and discriminated by Israel for long.

The psychology and mentality of the average Palestinians has become toxic and wired against Israel due to the treatment over the years. The Palestinians have made mistakes and attacked a superior power in the person of Israel and they have been decimated. However, the mentality of hatred, anger and elimination towards Israel remains with them and perhaps will be transferred to future and younger generation.

This is not good for peace, league of nations
and international community. Someone or some people has/have to stop this killings and destruction of lives and properties.

The war between Israelites and Palestinians must be stopped with sustainable peace in focus. How?

The solution is an independent Palestinian nation as we have an independent Israel nation. The respect of international laws, ethics and understanding between the both nations in their relationship with themselves and other nations in the world.
You see. This is where we differ. You seem to conclude that it is Israel that made Palestinians Toxic. I beg to remonstrate! That conclusion detaches historical perspective and ongoing sentiment among Palestinians and its partners who believe Israel should not exist (which is still actively pursued). Such argument strengthen the resolve of an "Israeli extremist" that a 2 state solution is a reward for antisemitism, which they resist.
2 state solution is not as difficult as the definition of boundaries and underlying assumption of right of existence of both countries. Those are the underlying sentiments fueling the crisis.

When two people can't coexist together and their relationship becomes toxic and dangerous.

There must be a dissolution to make peace between them and ultimately for their neighbors and the world.

There must be an independent Palestinian nation with defined territory and opportunity to operate independently within the context of international laws, ethics and understanding.

The senseless killings must stop.
I'm for an independent Palestinian nation whose goal is not to exterminate her neighbor too. If that minimum is agreed upon, then we are on same page...

You are talking 1937 and I am talking about 2020s. Palestinians want to be a nation that is independent. They want a Palestine country
and they made it clear at the United Nations conference even in 2024.

Israel has always controlled the kind of employment for Palestinians, the goods and products that go into Palestine, the Israelites control the life of Palestinians and want to seize their lands by force and duress.

Why is Israel targeting women, children and civilians in their attacks against Hamas?

Why weaponize basic necessities of life like food, shelter, water, communication and social infrastructures, against the Palestinians?

Why the genocide in Gaza?
Sad indeed... But an attack on the government of Israel resulted in civilian casualty just as the attack on the government of Palestine is resulting in civilian casualty. October 7 rocket attacks were meant for exactly who? Why is it ok to rationalize one and condemn the other? Why is it ok to rationalize those who swore to exterminate Israel if they have the power and not ok for Israel to exterminate the possibility of such threat? Esp when this had been done previously and was done in the 21st century (to Yazidis).I think both are doing the same thing, only in varying degrees depending on the power they have.
Can't and won't hold brief for Israel...but I understand their argument.

It is ridiculous to read your message in defense of Israel.

Are all Palestinians, including the women and children that are being killed, members of Hamas?

Israel has been operating apartheid against Palestinians in Gaza even when Gaza is officially not governed by Israel.

Israel has indicated their unwillingness to allow a Palestinian country. Can you ask Israelis why? Every countries recognizing Palestine as a nation has been criticized, reprimanded and declared enemy by Israel. Why can't Israelis allow Palestinians be a nation on their own? Must Palestinians be subjects of Israelis to be bullied, deprived, despised and oppressed?

Israel is a selfish, arrogant, annoying and tyrannical country that must be checked and bound by international laws. They must respect international laws and fundamental human rights and rules of engagement at war.
Oh my friend, you got that twisted. Read (even google)!
After different views from both parties from 1937 2-State solution proposals, Israel supports two state solution currently.... The party that disagrees is Hamas (it's stated in her mission statement) hence the rhetoric of "from river to sea".
Hamas is the government of Palestine; now it is ridiculous that you plan to separate the representatives of a people from the people (esp when it's an ideology). Common!
Like I said, I'm sad with the development but what would I have Israel do? Leave Hamas and wait for the next attack?
No emotional attachment to any of both.

Hmm. Excellent speech - no doubt.

Is this the justification for the apartheid (against Palestinians), brutality and genocide that Israel has been executing against the Palestinians?

Israel can't deceive us with their choice of words, they can keep trying to make "black look like white" but we know what it is.

Israel has committed the same crime that we crucified Hitler for conducting a genocide against the Israelites several years ago. The world came to Israelites rescue and called the spade what it is in case of Hitler.

Why does Israel want us to excuse it's act of genocide in this case against the Palestinians?

The speaker tried to guilt trip the Christians by bringing the words of the Bible to justify Israel's genocide and brutality but I want to ask - What is the population of Christians in Israel? About 2%

I am almost certain that the speaker is a Jew so why coerce the conscience of Christians?

There are no moral, religious or fundamental human rights justification for what Israelis are doing to the ordinary people of Palestine.

I read historical perspective and can hardly fault the Israelis. The people "we" love to protect do not believe in a 2 state solution either. Ask an Hamas offspring or average Palestinian today, you hear "from the river to the sea". So we protect one to sacrifice another?
That rhetoric is real! It is what first displaced the Israelis (with a lot of casualty) for there to be a need to come back. And if you doubted that, ask the Yazidis what can happen, even in the new millennium!
I do not support killings as long as both parties are agreeable. But if one is saying I want to exterminate you, the other has a right to defend and protect its interest, moreso when they have the power to do so now unlike the old times!
You shouldn't use international community to buy time to strike a deadly blow (an intention you never hid) on a "neighbor".
Hamas should downtool or be open to mutual existence.

On a very good day...the Igbo nation will beat Nigeria, but because Britain was strongly involved in the fight, it became two against one.
Brothers please rest this nonsensical argument. Igbos lost the war! Deal with it! France, Portugal, Israel, South Africa and Rhodesia actively supported Biafra. Yet Biafra didn't win; go and read!
