Firstly, there can be no 'refunds' unless the exact figures they gave were recorded.

Secondly, you would need to prove that the monies the individuals contributed to RCCG was from looted funds, not from their incomes.

It is not the duty of RCCG to do forensic accounting and investigations - if the EFCC or another investigative body can establish that the monies contributed to RCCG was indeed from dishonest sources, then I'm sure the church will be willing to refund the amount if instructed to do so.
