Politics / Re: INEC, Actually Told Us, Results Will Be Collated Manually by CHANNELE: 4:33pm On Feb 28, 2023
Please Sir/Ma, I voted in Port Harcourt and in the most populous LGA (Obio-Akpor). Almost every polling unit were cleared by LP up to at least 79%.

Oyigbo LGA was even worse because at least 80% of the total votes went to LP. So, if figures were changed you expect the people not to shout? Let's be sincere.
Polling units results were not transmitted as expected owing reasons ranging from wrong code to network failure. A few PU insisted and their results were transmitted before leaving but for the majority, the people were either coerced or cajoled into letting the officials leave without transmitting the results. Now we all know it's because the powers that be wanted to rig at all cost.

Please, we're not talking ethnic but national politics.

Than you.
flokii:
See how votes were distributed in SW with an Igbo winning a Yoruba state and compare with the nonsense they call results coming from SE where they rigged 95% of votes for Obi in their 5 SE States. They thought SS people will join their fo0lishness but got disappointed.

Walai if to say na me be INEC chairman.. I will cancel all the results from SE and order fresh polls under tight security. They will all raise up their hands at the polling units all through till e reach time to thumbprint and then leave. What rubbish.

It's a pity that we(the young people) have allowed ourselves to be blind-folded by politicians such that, instead of telling them what we want (the truth), we have allowed ourselves to be divided. We have deliberately sold our birth right (and almost every thing we should have along the lines of right). We now fight over the internet and use very strong words of hate because we have chosen to prefer one politician over the other. Please it's high time we jettison sentimental politics because it will keep us blind-folded and in the pool of slavery, darkness and backwardness.

Thanks.

Politics / Re: Twelve Day's In Office And Buhari's "Achievements" by CHANNELE: 8:25am On Jun 12, 2015
Fellow Nigerians, it will profit us nothing to start judging our president in this manner and this early - 12 days in office. Sometimes we forget that we have no alternative country and therefore we should all work hard physically, mentally, spiritually and etclly to make this country work for all of us. I am particularly saddened by some of the comments made here; as if some people are wishing and hoping this administration fails woefully so as to bring to pass their expectations and predictions, as if it will not ultimately affect them. Please let's be careful because what we wish this administration is what we wish ourselves. I did not vote APC at the presidential election but I have accepted this new leadership with all my heart and I always pray for them sincerely because I have no alternative country like some of us on this platform.

Crime / Re: Court Sentences Man To Death For Stealing Handset, N10,000 by CHANNELE: 11:43am On Mar 25, 2015
Hey friends, pls let's not miss the point here. The law sentenced d alledged guilty ones to death by hanging. Armed robbery is d case here and not just stealing 10k. We all know such judgement is not biased at least. Our politicians steal from us and even rob us no dougbt but taking up arms unlawfully and forcefully taking something from a fellow citizen is a punishable offence which we all know. Armed robbery have led to deaths (sometimes unplanned) and emotional trauma for those who survived. Pls let face d real issue which is armed robbery.
Car Talk / Re: My Experience Along Benin- Ore Road by CHANNELE: 5:58pm On Sep 10, 2014
Sorry about the loss of your hard-earned money to those crooks. I also fell victim to their hand last year November when I was travelling to PH in my Honda EOD. Those guys actually know that one of the weakest points of some of the EODs is shaft so I got scarred when they pointed at my tire. I parked and they showed me oil on my wheels. I lost 100k to them only to realise later dat I had been duped. I have passed that way about twice since then and I still observed those guys are into such full time.
Please guys, beware!

Mavor: Am wondering the same thing myself. The closer the refinery is to Nigeria's main oil fields, the better the refinery's daily operation and its daily output will be. Anyway God bless him. His heart and mind are in the right place.
My beloved Mayor, I'm from Rivers State but reside in Ondo State. Ondo State is among the 9 Niger-Delta States because it has oil wells. Unconfirmed source said they contribute as much as 7% to the total oil figures in Nigeria. In my opinion and based on the figures, Ondo State is suitable for the project. Remain Blessed
Romance / Re: What Is Wrong In Marrying A Lady Who Is A Virgin? by CHANNELE: 8:45pm On Mar 01, 2013
Unfortunately, the standard of God our creator is now taken for granted. That is because humans now think they know more than God who forbids sex outside the walls of the marriage. It still doesn't matter what the opinions of men are regarding chastity, keeping ones virginity remains a very great thing. I married my wife a virgin at 24. If are still one, ladies and guys, keep that honour and let no one despise you, you'll never regret it.
