Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:20am On Jun 01, 2009
@nkeke thank for that encouragement. so lets be patient and see what the content of the mail will be. cos its being a long time that we have waited. shell is at least organised enough to send us reject mail if they dont need us but since we didnt get any till now that means something positive should come out. i pray it should favor all those that believe in GOD almighty. the waitin list thing im only speculating. What else should i think.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:02am On Jun 01, 2009
@nkeke its not that i have little faith but with the earlier fact that only few vacancies exist in shell, im having a feeling that the mail might be a waiting list thing. like some years back, not everybody that went thru SITP will be taken by shell. they put some people in their waiting list and that list is as good as, guess you know what i mean. so im praying that should not be our portion. what do you think.?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 9:20am On Jun 01, 2009
for med iv hopeful any news. just spoke to one enaholo bernard and he said that by this week or next week we get mails. i asked the content of the mail he simply said i should be patient that the mail will explain what i should do. i asked if it was med iv he laughed i asked if it was rejection letter he said no. so house im kind of over worried on what the content and our state(med iv hopefuls) is.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:23am On May 26, 2009
@house let's not relent this trial period. The Lord God will see us thru. Let's see how this week goes, maybe by next week we should call our coordinators to hear the latest from them. What do we think?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 8:13am On May 25, 2009
@house lets not give up our faith. we are still going to meet at ELV. anyone with any update should not relent to inform the house. Also dont forget about the 3days fasting and prayers.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 9:27pm On May 22, 2009
@house and especially med ivs hopeful, why dont we fast and pray dis weekend for Almighty Gods decision to be done as regards this new development from shell. there is nobody greater than God. God has the final say. we have waited this long not to be droped cos of some funny reasons. lets put it in prayers this weekend please.
Thanks.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:21am On May 22, 2009
What a long waited application process. Since last year April, I applied to shell and uptil now no news yet. Still we will get back to you. Congrats to the ones wit med ivs. Those still hopefully waitin, what can I say than let's God will be done. Our prayers and effort will neva be in vain. I pray something good comes out from anywhere for us.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:23pm On May 21, 2009
The mopping of the northerners was from the waitin list as in its put into consideration this time around
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 6:19pm On May 21, 2009
@onDcrox whether ur SRD was last of first, shell has aleady finished scoring everyone. Its now in the hands of GOD. Like I was told earlier today by my coordinator, they mopping up northernans and I don't understand what he meant. He adviced we all pray so that a good solution is decided about our faith. Learnt a lot of meetings have being going on cos of us. What can I say other than let's all pray a good decision is made between now and the next two weeks. Trust me I spoke to the main man, he sounds really like an oracle but friendly when he wishes to be.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:20am On May 21, 2009
Ok from my friend, he said that he was told that he(we) are successful from their cut off point that why he has not receive the rejection mail but due to some internal issues, there is a limit of people they need for now, so if by now one has not received his/her med ivs that means he/she will not be needed for the SITP program. That between now and 2weeks time, we all will be sent a mail advicing on what to do. So I called my SRD coordinator and he told me that guy is like the oracle in that aspect for shell. His say is final. That a lot passed but limited vacancies are up. That a lot of things are being out into consideration at dis point. House what can I say other than how transparent is SHELL. Anyone that has gotten the same mail as pepperyboy should pls speak out.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 9:46am On May 21, 2009
Pls house its like some persons have already received mail. Pls @peepperyboy post what you got. My friend said he has bein callin but the man has not picked up. Pls what's happening.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 12:21pm On May 20, 2009
@Jisola Mar my friend called his SRD coordinator and his SRD coordinator advised him to contact the person that sent him his SRD invite. which he called on phone and the man told him to call him tomorrow so he can tell him his status.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 12:10pm On May 20, 2009
House lets just keep our faith alive till tomorrow. I had dis same experience for my SRD interview. i had to call and i was told i will attend it before i got my mail which i got like few days to my SRD. so pls lets keep oye faith strong alive and strong. We cant get this far and lose hope.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:26am On May 20, 2009
House my friend that was told to mail his SRD invitee just told me that he called the man on phone cos he was among those called on phone before his SRD and so the man told him to call him btw 9am to 11am tomorrom. Na wah. Guess we are gettin somewhere and I pray its going to be good new. Someone in the house should also make a move pls.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:15am On May 20, 2009
House just called my coordinator and asked him reasons why I should mail my SRD invitee and he told me he should know my status. So I asked him if they are still sendin out med ivs and he said for now they have stoped and he can't really tell me when and if they will still send out med ivs. That's why he adviced me to mail the person that invited me for the SRD askin him my application status which I have done will still no reply. House the suspense is now gettin from bad to worse with dis kind of developments. Guess someother persons should call and let's put our info together and get sometin more concrete.
