Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 3:24pm On Apr 22, 2010
@teejah my source is from HR HeadQuarters. i cant tell if its SRD or CAR but im feeling its SRD cos of the short time frame left, cos after CAR u will have abt 3weeks to be contacted if u pass or not, then it take abt a week or two to group the SRD candidates and about 2weeks or more for the SRD interview window depending on the number of successful CAR candidates, then about a month or more to be communicated back as regard regret letters or med iv.then a month for preparation. putting all these into consideration i am speculating SRD straight. as regards the documents for SRD, u will be provided by shell on what to expect. relaxation is the secrete

@kvolander i dont know the exact date but it anytime from now according to my source.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 1:02pm On Apr 22, 2010
@kvolander like i said d last time, be conversant with the happenings around the world and nigeria cos the questions do change based on that
@sitp hopeful, they are goin to compare our grades or performance wit dis new candidates ie those abt to do their interview frm next week thru may, then plot a graph of pple vs performance then pick up those they need. so my fellow hopefuls, major and serious prayers are needed dis time.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 11:27am On Apr 21, 2010
@pepperyboy how are u doin? pls why dont u try to contant ur coordinator cos i called mine and she said she is no longer with shell. pls if u can call urs pls do and keep us posted. thanks

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 2:30pm On Apr 16, 2010
@all this thread should always be active pls.
@teejah whats the latest info. ur silence is very unusual. drop a line or two as usual
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 11:26pm On Apr 14, 2010
@kvolander if you have Msc in uk or about to conclude an Msc in uk, then SITP is not meant 4u, u will be a direct hire. u will do 6months or more doin on the job training. u will do a month or two in each department then transfered to the other. eg a month in reservoir, then another in facility, etc. usually they start up towards the end of SITP.
@ teejah what about those already on the waiting list. whats our story
@tjcrown u should be more relaxed cos HR/Finance or commercial graduates are usually employed every month into shell. interview are done anytime of the year. so just keep ur faith very high cos u wont expect wen u will be called for ur interview. but technical graduates are only employed thru SITP which is usually once a year except otherwise like the uk Msc graduates.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 12:28pm On Apr 12, 2010
@teejay usually shell gives at least a month before the commencement of the program to allow for resignation, so if med will be by july, which usually runs for about a month and half, logically it wont fall into their schedule. so guess it will start earlier than july.
@house whats ur say,
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 10:11am On Apr 12, 2010
@pepperyboy you are right. teejay deserves a title. also teejay pls can u follow up on pepperyboys request. thanks
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 7:47am On Apr 12, 2010
@teejah since its interview straight, then it will be "CAR". prepare urself on challenging issues the world, nigeria, niger delta region is facing cos you will have to discuss and provide solution to those issues. its usually a 45mins interview but its always fun. its a one on one interview
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by Cheksa: 3:55pm On Apr 09, 2010
@teejah y dont u wait and know what u are being called for b4 u start worrying. believe me in this particular thread, infos needed here are not coded and they are 93% real and there is usually enof time to prepare. just keep praying and be thankful to GOD and also update the house.
