We then called the guy who placed the ad on Jiji. We met him in Berger and he took us to the car. Everything looked as advertised, but there was one little problem 😕. Actually, it's a big problem 😞. The actual price is significantly higher than he advertised online.
typical of Lagos jiji people. And they will somehow get you to buy it at a price higher that similar grade from your base

Health / Re: Share Your Experience(s) With Nigerian Doctors by chukel(m): 8:53pm On Sep 15
lebete3000:

So what should the Pathologist do?

Funny enough, there was nothing like Med Lab Scientist before oh, those were the days quality results were being churned out, but to cut costs nowadays, na so dem bring these guys, now na different result you go dey everywhere.

Guys wey no even sabi do blood film sef, guys wey go dey diagnose Typhoid with that irresponsible test called Widal. Na them pollute the average gullible Nigerian mind sey Widal na Typhoid test, not knowing many illnesses can also give an elevated Widal result.

The use of widal is helpful, when used serially with help from the clinical features majorly.

But when hatred for the Nigerian doctor is already established as a foundation, all you tell them enters one ear and goes through the other.

I've always adviced Naija docs that the only way they can be appreciated is to leave the country, people never know the value of what they have until they lose it.

Any naija doc who's spent 5years post graduation and is still in Naija has his/herself to blame for any rubbish being spewed at them by Nigerians.

Nigerians are simply an ungrateful set of people, shikena!
How can I like this 1 million times?

Seen a Volkswagen Santana too. 1984 model.
this is for sale. Almost unused, shockingly

You might run into issues with the Police if the car you bought was stolen or has some kind of stories behind it due to the tampered VIN.
I've read cases where Police used scanner to compare VIN on the body and the ECU.
You might need to do an affidavit to drive the car with peace of mind.
The Accent should be compared with a Yaris and not Corolla.
nothing like tampered VIN here. Previous owner replaced ECU and didn't overwrite the VIN of the new ECU with tgat of the car. Police with scanner? Impossible.

Please guys I recently bought an Hyundai Elantra 2013 towards last year and it’s been giving me lots of problems. Sometimes the car turns off while I’m in motion and sometimes the car jerks. I have tried fixing the issues with some mechanic but it seems like it’s not getting better. Very recently after a mechanic helped me with the jerking problem, I noticed my fuel gauge doesn’t work well anymore. No matter the amount of fuel I buy, it just keeps showing that it’s on “reserve” and doesn’t move more than one bar. Please I need a trusted recommendation for a good Hyundai mechanic. The whole thing is frustrating me at this point. Kindly help drop contact details of any good Hyundai mechanic you know and have worked with before.

Thank you in advance for your help😢
he must have removed and replaced your fuel pump to solve the jerking issue. He didn't fit the fuel pump properly

The influence of Joe Ajaero led NLC cannot be overemphasized, the man knows how to Coordinate industrial action, as the whether it gets called off too soon is matter for another. But the man Ajaero Cordination makes Unions comply almost 100%.

Unlike OSHIOMOLE, Ajaero is educated.

You are perfectly right. I had the same experience with my Hyundai Sonata, they are both more of the same family with the OP's Kia Optima I believe. My experience was that whenever I buy full tank or even buying fuel....the shoot out of my fuel tanker as the dispensing machine is still filling up, unless, you start dispensing the fuel little by little. I managed it for some months until I went to my auto mechanic but before then, i did obd2 scan on it cos a code later came out from the dashboard. The code Is what I can't remember now but the code directed me to the exact problem of charcoal canister and is rightly located at the mouth of the fuel tank. Located at the mouth of the fuel tank under the car and not the fuel tank entering point of fuel. Please note that. Then I went to my auto mechanic, I first complained but saw that he wasn't really following what was wrong as explained on YouTube on how to rectify that issue, so I showed him the video on how to rectify it. He went under the car and removed the narrow connector connecting the fuel tanker mouth outside with the main fuel tank(fuel storage) under the car. He didn't drop the tank please. It's from the connection you will see the canister chamber, specifically for housing fuel pressure during buying of fuel and hot weather. My own cannister hasn't broken like yours I guess but already sticked together inside the canister. The same particles as yours and same color. We removed it, gently tapped it with spanner so that it can be separated from the body of the canister, then gave it to vulcanizer to use air pressure to blow it out....the particles were so much just like yours....and thereafter we fixed it back without those particles and I cleared the code with my obd2 and ever since ok and running. Hope you can do the same but incase you need more advise, send me a mail to my signature under. Regards

you fixed ur canister without the charcoal in it?

LegendHero:

Lol 2024 budget for student loan? Your father never raised a bright student.

NELFUND is what will finance the student loan and it’s from 1% of FIRS tax collections per year.

FIRS collected over 12.37 trillion as tax last year, so if you’re going to extrapolate, student loan will be financed with at least 123billion per year.

If not that your brain is mid, how can you believe 5bn will fund 1million student school fees and monthly stipends?
zombie. Keep fooling yourself. I would spoon feed you. If you can't do a simple Google check to know how much was appropriated for this scheme in 2024 budget, then I can't help you. Of course, as a zombie, you have not been instructed to do so.
