The sch resumed on 23rd asides the normal extension I had two weeks extension I have called them still saying my application is on the Queue

Please I need help,
I submitted my application on the 30th of sept andmy deadline was for 14th I asked for further extension till 21st is there anything I can do I have called them and still the same answer on the queue I had friends that we submitted together and their own r bin processed already

Yes they initially resumed on the 23rd of sept gave me an extension till 14th because of the 28days money stuff that's why so that's y am applyin on d 30th
