plastymnim:

A FRIEND OF MINE NEEDS COUNSELLING URGENTLY,THIS IS HIS STORY:
I NEED HELP.MY MARRIAGE IS ABOUT TO END.I AM A DEVOTED CHRISTIAN.
I BROUGHT MY WIFE ABROAD,TO START A BETTER LIFE,NOW SHE HAS HER STAY,SHE HAS
CHANGED COMPLETELY.I SPENT ALL MY SAVINGS AND EVEN BORROWED TO RELOCATE.
NOW SHE HAS ACCESS TO THE FAMILY FUNDS,BECAUSE SHE IS A SOLE SIGNATORY
TO THE ACCCOUNT DUE TO THE METHOD WE USED IN GETTING HER CITIZENSHIP.NOW SHE INSULTS ME
AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY,THREATENS TO TAKE THE CHILDREN FROM ME.ALL THIS IS BECAUSE SHE WANTS ME TO
LEAVE SO SHE CAN DO WHATEVR SHE LIKES WITH THE FAMILYS ACCOUNT.SHE SAYS I DONT HAVE
RIGHT OVER THE FAMILY ACCOUNT AND THAT SHE HAS PAID ME WHATEVER I SPENT
TO BRING HER ABROAD,I HAVE THOUGHT OF LEAVING HER BUT I
FEEL FOR MY CHILDREN WHO ARE STILL YOUNG,I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.AND TO COMPOUND
THINGS MY PAPERS ARE STILL PENDING WITH THE HOME OFFICE .IF I DECIDE TO TAKE THE CHILDREN BACK TO NIGERIA
I FEAR FOR THEIR FUTURE ESPECIALLY NOW THINGS ARE WORST THAN BEFOR.WHAT DO I DO?SHOULD I JUST LEAVE
AND FORGET ABOUT THE MARRIAGE AND ALLOW HER TO TAKE CARE OF THE CHILDREN,WILL MY ACTIONS AFFECT THE CHILDREN LATER?
I TRIED TO IRON THINGS OUT BUT HER BEHAVIOUR IS GETTING WORST.

unfortunately for you, you will have to wait to get your ilr or green card before you can leave this woman. how the hell did you make her the sole signatory of the family account? why don't you get an online account behind her and transfer the funds into yours. you don't take things for granted with nigerian women especially the home-based ones. they are all out there waiting for a mugu to take them out of africa - if i were u, i would wait for my time before i strike. revenge is best served cold.

You r right but u see. .prior to now, several times when rugged is being told during interviews hw he brought 9ice up, RM modestly refuses sayin he didnt bring 9ice but only contributed to 9ice blowin up. .serzly, its 9ice antics dat propelled RM to take him down memory lane cuz it was obvious 9ice forgot hw he came up. .if 9ice didnt diss RM by releasin songs,pics/vids mocking nd insulting RM on radio & Tv. .Rugged wuldnt hav said all dat u heard.Trust me

i still like ruggedman though. he is one of the few level headed rappers in nigeria. he hardly brags about material wealth unlike 99% others who are all billionaires in every one of their rhymes.

tosinaded@:

Mr Oga na the same naija we dey jare, no come dey spin dodo for us abeg! we know as this thing take start. . . . .
9ice didnt do excreta before ruggedman started poking his nose into family matters like a Ba*tard son of his mother.
next thing we hear is the phone convo all over the net! now thats a bitchy move. . . . .

stop talking like a juvenile. 9ice made a song talking about his friend sleeping with his missus. hip-hop fans were flaming ruggedman on facebook demanding to know the truth. ruggedman has his credibility to protect. his fans might turn their backs on him and he did the respectable thing by asking 9ice to clarify what the song was all about and 9ice kept faffing around the topic that ruggedman should ignore his fans. how can he ignore his fans? who buys his songs? who made ruggedman what he is today? without the buying fans, there's no rap star. rugged handled it the only way he could.

and ure here spewing lies about 9ice releasing songs and videos about logheadman, before loghead decided to diss him!

Ruggedman started this crap. . . we re not fools here youngman

if 9ice had made a brief press statement that his song wasn't talking about ruggedman - this issue wouldn't have dragged for so long. 9ice wanted to drink from controversy to boost his sales. a dumb move in my own opinion. if he wanted controversy, he should sing about obasanjo sleeping with tony payne.

, grin, u guys have really made laugh my backside out!!!!, but truthfully i enjoyed the skit by RM and definitely there's truth in the skit, grin grin, i was thinking that the skit talks to OD also grin grin,

ruggedman was directly dissing modenine on that skit. only mode9 takes rap that seriously.

coming RM and 9ice,truth is, RM helped 9ice in his career as an artist, Rm made hiphop heads to give nice some kinda respect and street credibilty, 9ice himself though has got wot it takes to make things happen in d musi industry in naija but RM was a facelift to his career.he helped his backside and that has to be cos 9ice was loyal to RM.9ice respected RM, 9ice joined RM in dissing mode cos he felt and he knew that RM wud upgrade his career which RM gladly and lovingly did, truth be told!!!!

it's a symbiotic relationship. ruggedman must have known 9ice's talents to have the effrontery to feature him on that track and 9ice himself got a stint in the limelight by laying the hooks on the track. it was a win-win situation. did ruggedman help 9ice in his career? definitely yes but it's kinda bitchy to be talking about such on a diss track. everyone has needed someone's help at a point in their past but in the rap industry, bragging seems to be the order of the day.

I really dont care about the FA Cup but I'd rather not lose to the Scousers.

the league is almost in the bag. it's been a while we won the fa cup(the last time arsenal won their league title). grin anyways, knowing united are usually stronger in the 2nd half of the season, it will take a monumental capitulation for chelsea or citeh to take it from us.

09/10 - half 1 - P: 19 W: 13 D: 1 L: 5 GF: 39 GA: 18 Pts: 40
09/10 - half 2 - P: 19 W: 14 D: 3 L: 2 GF: 47 GA: 10 Pts: 45

10/11 - half 1 - P: 19 W: 11 D: 8 L: 0 GF: 41 GA: 18 Pts: 41
10/11 - half 2 - P: 01 W: 01 D: 0 L: 0 GF: 02 GA: 01 Pts: 03

if we can replicate the second half of last season, then liverpool's proud record in the domestic league is under a massive threat.

The rest of your post is fine but this one is totally disrespectful, which kain nonsense statement be dat? Josh McEachran starting for Arsenal when Aneke and Afobe aint starting? The only player in recent time to become a regular first teamer for Arsenal's first team at 17 and become a starter at 18 is Cesc (and he was exceptional, also making his international bow for spain at 18), the only other one who had to go on loan first was Wilshere and he also made his international bow for England at 18 while becoming the playmaker for the England U21s as a 17 year old, yu think say na yam to do that?
Do you think we just put youngsters in the team cos they are youngsters? undecided

When yur McEachrans and co were put in your Carling cup team weren't they beaten in the very first round? compare that to the Arsenal team that beat Sheffield Utd and Wigan in the Carling Cup 2 seasons ago with an average age of 19? It isn't easy to pursue a youth policy o.

Only prodigies become starters for Arsenal at such early ages, the normal route is U18s, a stint in the reserves, possible Carling cup appearance, a year or more on loan and then depending on exceptional performance an opportunity to become part of the first team, that is the route Song, Bendtner, Djorou and Gibbs took that is why I laugh whenever DK comes with his statements about Aliadiere, Owusu and co, how many starts exactly did Owusu make for Arsenal?

and josh is a prodigious talent so there's nothing to say he wouldn't start for arsenal if sociopaths like diaby, song, wilshere and ramsey can start. i can never see any big achievement in youngsters starting for arsenal because their senior players are (i)not good enough. (ii) they have fewer senior citizens than their rivals. a team captained by a 23 yr old cesc fabregas simply means they don't have many old players like giggs, scholes, rio, vidic, vds, neville, brown, o'shea, hargreaves, owen, berbatov, js park, carrick. if arsenal have these players in their squad, wilshere/walcott/ramsey and other embryos would be regular bench-warmers regardless of their talents.

Abramovic's money is his to spend as he wishes, but I know he is more sensible than some people I know to know when he is not breaking even and to stop.

this is the silliest statement on a football forum. for a russian who spent $1.2 billion on a single yacht(eclipse), pumping $200 million on chelsea is child's play. you need to learn a bit more about finances before opening your mouth cos you would get found out. roman is still utterly minted and this is why one can never really rule chelsea out of this title race. 3 victories back to back will propel them back to the title race.

As you normally do abi?  tongue actually I got his point a while back and I'm not sticking to it like mammalias as yu're doin with Vela/Messi comparisons which in the first instance was not made by me and which has since been explained a million times over. He's being called out on other matters.

you are not on a wind-up. you are just not too smart to grasp nateev's points. peter kenyon/frank arnesen ruined chelsea. they gave roman this fake belief chelsea would be a profitable venture like man utd by 2008-9 circa which was never going to happen because of various reasons.

-- you can't simply 'create' a market for your team. if the supporters don't exist then there is only so much commercial revenue you can bring in. their stadium is dwarfed by their rivals so they start on the back foot in that respect.

--he has, throughout his time at the club, relied on older players. they never made any real attempt to bring the age of the squad right down, which in turn results in the need for constant investment. frank arnesen(chelsea's football director) wanted chelsea to be like man utd but they didn't follow their methods.

--they don't have the historical draw of teams like man utd so they rely on paying over the odds for players to bridge the gap.

cou-gar nee Sauron is definitely one. Between now and March is when we'll know Manure's true strength and squad depth, UCL is on and FA cup wan start, the game is on.

First of all The Atiku i grew up knowing is one who has failed to convince me that 20 years in the Nigerian customs is enough to make somebody a multi-millionaire without being corrupt, not to talk of owning almost every single privatised government property during the first tenure of Obasanjo.

secondly Sir before you left the PDP to contest under AC you were accused of diverting the sum of $125 million dollars of public development funds to your private company and you have not been able to clear the air over that allegation but i guess like you and i know Nigerians have short memories so its easy to forget once we scream wolf and go to court where the case would either be adjourned indefinitely or quashed by some obscure ruling by any judge whose pocket is well lined up enough to see reason(s) why such charges can not hold.

Outside The Nigerian customs you have not done any other gainful employment which we know of but yet you own several firms among which is Intels Nigeria Limited an oil services company which operates in Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Sao Tome and Principe and as such during your 8 years as vice president your regime made sure that Nigerians had to queue up to get fuel which we were naturally blessed with just to protect your interest "abi" are you not the same owner of African petroleum?

Thirdly for a man who aspires to rule this great nation not to be able to visit the United state of america on the grounds of fear of corruption charges leveled against him or is the Jefferson/Mody telecommunication case involving the $100.000 case over ?please inform Nigerians we want to know.at least if all was well you wouldn't put your potomac mansion up for sale just because of a simple subpoena.being a case study in America for corruption is enough for anybody to go back there and clear his name but not you rather you decided to relocate your family to Dubai.

so far your names has featured prominently on the following corruption charges involving Halliburton, Daimler, Willbros and Congress man, William Jefferson. As for me, i do not see you as the perfect candidate to rule this country as you have been involved with every single government since 1975 and have benefited very well from each one so you my dear fiend do not have anything good to offer this country except to make us poorer than we already are.

Nateevs, Na teef, nathief, e melo ni mo pe e?

Its that 100m yu called 'just' that is annoying walahi even Manure can't call 100m 'just' after CR9's windfall, the only 2 clubs qualified to call 100m 'just' at present is Man Shitty and Real Madrid and we all know those ones don't live in the same world with other teams at present. You sef know how much has already gone into that Chelsea team in the past? do you honestly think Roman became a billionaire by writing off .5 billion every 4 years?

The handwriting was always on the wall that Roman had gotten tired of his project cos he saw he could never break even the way it was going, some of us mentioned it last season but you people wanted to break our heads, everyone in England is now singing from the same hymn book about youth projects apart from City perhaps (despite giving their youth squad a fancy name like Elite Development Squad). The same way we paid in terms of trophies to bring through all our so called biscuit boned players, the same way yu'll have to do it, there are no short cuts.

Those youth yu are mentioned up there were not available on the market until recently (Arsenal have been after Lukaku since he was 15 and his father says he is going nowhere till he clocks 18 and Hazard said he wasn't going anywhere for some time too and anyone who will get those players now must drop major coins). Players like Sturrige, Kakuta and Bruma I'm sure will come through (I have my reservations about McEachran) if they are given the time to come through, be rest assured you will pay for their progress with points sha. It is time for other managers to show their management skills towards making their academies productive while keeping a relatively high level of performance with a few experienced shrewd buys as Arsene has done rather than the outgoing money solves all problems era. Its a new dispensation in football and y'all need to start getting used to it.

Last season was Liverfluke, this season it looks like Chelsea, I'm rubbing my hands with glee in anticipation for Manure's wahala next season. waitin for cougar and his gang to show up and call me deluded or something of the sort  grin grin

of course, you are deluded! you know you made a moronic post so you should expect to be called out. i laugh hilariously when you make claims you know nothing about. so what makes you think roman abramovic cannot splash 100 million on chelsea if he wishes to? is he that broke?

as an aside, nateevs never meant he expected roman to pump 100 mil in one transfer window - he has stated clearly he meant 100 mil outlay over a period of years. he has made the right point but i expect gaynners to twist his points and make their own arguments out of nothing.

Again that is ludicrous really as you cannot compare the living standards and infrastructure in the 2 countries. Those that do take the plunge of relocating may do so for lifestyle reasons and not for the airy fairy reason that naira and kobo would give an equivalent living standard

you completely miss the point! what i am saying here is with a million naira monthly income, he would be able to transform his living standards in the uk to nigeria. utilities like electricity, telephone, internet, security, etc can be bought without really stretching his pocket to the elastic limit. i understand it's not completely possible to do 100% transformation but 80-90% is still okay.

Thanks , but this is the not the lastpage. grin

Anyways, I was not hell bent on the 2m a month, I was simply asking for advice based on actualities on the ground for those who work in Nigeria to be specific.

Now, I have been to many forums for White expats and they would normally say that if you are paid less then $100,000 do not even bother going to Nigeria.

As for me I do not earn that much, the truth is I earn about £60,000 a year, but I still get employers life insurance, a healthy pension scheme and other benefits.

This calculates to N15,000,000 a year and N1,250,000 monthly. I guess this is a liveable wage.

Again I do not live in Nigeria but come back home periodically and was there last year, it is very expensive and you will be surprised in terms of housing and motoring almost similar in cost to the UK.

Finally who says I will not start a business ? of course I will but let me first come in and get used to the system before taking the plunge.

Thank you Sir.

if you can get any job paying around 1 million naira monthly in nigeria then i advise you take it. that's a tidy monthly income and should help you bridge the gap between the living condition in the uk to that of nigeria.

nateevs and eldee in the war of words all because of chelsea's blip? things aren't as bad as the media are painting it but it is not as rosy like chelsea fans are claiming as well. chelsea allowed too many players to leave last summer without adequately replacing them. chelsea have used just 21 players this season while united and arsenal have used more than 27 players. chelsea need to add more bodies. they are still a formidable team - their current position is an anomaly - i expect them to pick up the pace and finish in the top two by may but they must add more bodies.

Sampdoria confirm Macheda deal

Sampdoria have confirmed the signing of Federico Macheda on-loan from Manchester United for the rest of the season.

The 19-year-old had been wanted by several clubs in the English Premier League after Sir Alex Ferguson had made it known that the player would be available.

Sampdoria have been in need of a striker since Antonio Cassano was allowed to join AC Milan following his disagreement with club president Riccardo Garrone.

However, it is believed that it was the chance of fighting for an immediate place in tandem with Giampaolo Pazzini that swayed the decision for the young Italian.

"I am very happy that Macheda has chosen Sampdoria and I think it's the same for the fans," said Garrone.

"Macheda has easily filled the void left by Cassano, he will definitely do well.

"In these five months we will try to treat him well. With him here, the enthusiasm has increased tenfold."

macheda gone for six months, i hope michael owen stays fit till the end of the season.

fergie the antichrist! he managed to get a deal out of the devil's lair to turn a potential defeat to an epic victory. grin
