Why do i always have stains of blood on my pant anytime i take much of anything too sugary?

i know too much sugar is not good but does this happen to anyone? yesterday i had cereal which require a little bit of sugar and i put like 5 cube in it. The next thing i noticed was stains of blood on my pant even when my period is not very close, i know too much sugar is not good but is this not out of hand? and beside i dont take much sugar are such, only occasionally. is something wrong with me

Stop using same towel you use  for cleaning your body after bath on your face too, have a special towel for your face and don't use sopnge on you face too.

A medicated soap like crusader is good too or maybe a good anticeptic soap, just use the soap to wash your face when bathing and use the face towel to clean your face after bathing. Like sometimes when you don't bath when going to bed, maybe because is not been long you had your bath, you can use the face towel to clean your face, damp it in warm water. let the colour of the towel be a plain one like white or milk colour so that you will see the dirts that come out our face everyday.

wash the towel regularly, you can have more than one. I advice you use warn water someties when you are cleaning your face with the towel too. I know you maybe thinking of facial cleanser, but i don't advice you use it everyday. i advice you to buy (clearasil facial cleanser) but don't use it everyday, because it can dry ones skin, maybe 2 to 3 times in a week.

i believe people that have pimples most times are people with oily skin. i know alot of people will advice to buy this and that, am not saying that this things are not good but sometimes this produts will just tone your face as if you are bleaching. The best way to treat pimples is to go natural. don't use same towel for you skin and wash your face regularly, its a gradual process but i think it will help because i have gone through it.

Thanks aniyi for wanting to help. My problem is bleediing gum, at first i thought it was the tooth brush i was using, cos i like using hard brush, so i changed the brush to a better and soft one but is still thesame

i use mouth wash like listering and there was somthing attached to it as floss, it came inform of a white rope in a round case. I use it atleats once in a week for the flossing, anytime i do this, there is always an offecesive smell, u know is between the teeth and i have a verry compacted teeth, it made me to understand that the food we eat eavryday sometimes hang in there even if we are brushing everyday. Anytime i do the flossing i feel relieve and fresh but the bleeding have not stop still

tasteguy, u have to exercise patience it's same problem everywhere, i belive the card u have is jambites cos jambonline is scarce and the jambites is not opening for now, but i think it will soon open. some of us are having same problem with the card too, becos the space available is for 12 digits and is 14 digits on the card,

so what they said is that,you would add 3 zero to the serial no. which are 7 digits and live out the last 2 digits on the pin, i hope if you folllow this process you will succed in seen ur result

I had my period on the 2nd of may 2008, it finished on the 7th and i had sex on the 9th to 11th of same month.

my teeth bleed whenever i brush, not as if blood gushes out but i always notice blood when am brushing. First it started when i noticed that close up does not work for me again,i even got tired of it and i changed the toopaste(close up). cos i notice i use to have bad breath then

I started using mints tooth paste, like colgate and macleans fresh mints, i also uses mouth wash listerine, the bad breath is finished now but my teeth still bleed when i brush.i use to use brush my teeth intensively before compare to people arout me like 5 to 7 mins then and they use to yab why i take that long to be brushing teeth, i figure out maybe is hard brush and i even changed it to a softer one like (oral B) is soft and nice too. what could be the cause of this cos is really bothering me

I miss him alot, but i now understand that  love sometimes is not enough in a relatioship or marriage. he was my best friend, thought me some many things about life and i was always there for him too. but he has this i don't care attitude that put me off about him. I feel he is not protective of me ,he will be kind of jelous when he sees me with a male friend but he will never say or express it.

it was a relationship that everybody knew about in our environ but his sisters and mother were kind of relutant about it, not that i don't relate with then but i know what it is now when its seems u are welcomed in a family, because in as much as you not marrying the whole family they all matters.
