Greetings everyone, I got a job with a manufacturing company and became the head of the department. Now the challenge is that there are few older persons in same department that I met in the system and I have difficulty to give orders to them simply because they are way older than me. It's affecting me as the HOD coz I am running virtually all the errands and taking full responsibility of every faults that comes out of the department. My superiors have called me to delegate jobs and task to them but sincerely they are way older to comprehend certain task especially when it comes to doing research from the internet. Please I need advise on how to go about this. I don't want to recommend their sack knowing well that it will be approved by the management coz I know the situation of the economy and they have families to care for Matured mind and advise is needed. Thanka |

I almost fell to the scam last year. Just this same process of enticing you with 1500 naira after doing 3 tasks assigned to you... Then after, they will tell you to pay certain amount like 40k and get a refund of 50% interest (20k + 40k= 60k) of the money sent to them.... Immediately I got their 1500 naira I just exited the telegram group and deleted my conversation with them. You all have to be careful with this scammers... They have various patterns and format to rip people off their hard earn money. 4 Likes |

My concern is not on the shape or outlook of the attire but the cost of that attire. That Jean cloth designer can be worth millions of naira if investigated. 1 Like |

Greetings Nairaland. I need advice from everyone on this issue. My sister is processing her international passport and visa to travel out. She have written TELPIP exam and she passed on a sitting. Currently she secured a job with one of the generational banks in Nigeria and there is clause attached to the employment, which states that "if she leaves the bank withing 2 years of working with them, she will pay a fine of 2 million naira which is one of the criteria to get a guarantor that has such amount in his/her account and will stand in for my sister. Note, the salary and job role have not been stated nor discussed. Please whats your advice if you are in her situation... Should she take the job and turn down the offer... PLEASE ADVICE |
