Properties / Re: Lagos Sealed Our House Over Land Use Charge by dadafay: 4:13pm On Nov 22, 2013
Land use charge are paid by the landlord of the property. I pay my land use charge every year and don't even bother the tenants, infact they don't even know how much I pay. Landlords can be very tricky atimes so watch it. Goodluck.
Family / Re: Yoruba Tradition Is Killing My Love by dadafay: 12:21pm On Apr 30, 2010
Mine is kind of unique, i have been going out with a girl who is yoruba as myself only she is ijebu, which didnt go down well with my parent. dey tried to put an end to our relationship but we endured. We started our relationship 11 years ago when both families were family friends, but when my parent discovered that we had something going the family friendship ended, it has been arunning battle since then.

A lot transpired along the way, my parent claiming that dey have prayed about it that there is nothing that wil come out of the union, but today, i have a son and we will be making our union legal very very soon. my parent hostility towards her has reduced, she even calls my wife behind my back to ask of her well being. IT PAID OFF

firstly, i dont think you are in love with this fellow becos if you are you will always have him in your thots wherever, whatever, however and all the time. infact, you'll want to be with him always. how did you guys hit it off in te first place? are you that dsperate for a husband that you jumped into the marriage without putting urself and feeling into consideration first? Secondly, you said you want to get pregnant, how can that possibly happen when you cant get down with ur man? Or you want some1else to get you pregnant?

Family / Re: Lecturer Wants To Sleep With My Wife by dadafay: 9:47am On Jan 08, 2010
The truth is what your wife needs is TO STUDY HARD AND PASS ALL HER PAPERS. Lecturers can only fail marginal students; borderline students, who are hovering between a 'D' and an 'E' Grade. No lecturer can try it on an A or B student. 'De lecturer no de fear?' If you re a bright and intelligent student, lecturers will keep off your territory and look for those ne'er-do-well to sleep with.

it seems you didnt study in 9ja, if you did you wont say stuff like this. lecturers are constantly harassing female students. i tell you its a fact, i heard of a case where a lecturer i know wanted to sleep with a pregnant student that is married. its pathetic

Guys, this post is a lie. Is she a love-peddler? How did she keep track of the number of men she slept with except she is a mermaid. If this story is true, then i will run away from that girl because she has a mental problem for jeeping record of all the men she slept.

This story sucks.

which university did you finish from? you talk as if you know what goes on in our higher institutions, you know nothing, girls would inpale themselve on anything that looks like could fill them for anything.
Romance / Re: Slept With 83 People by dadafay: 11:42am On Dec 22, 2009
