Ohhh I already got the inverter and yes the settings can be edited.

The guy that tested was editing some things in there.

I have attached the pics of how the interface looks like.

Familiar interface, so you are good to go, it will charge well. With Grid

Good evening everyone.

Pls I need help.

will I be needing an external battery if I am to use my inverter with a Lithium battery.

Battery: Powmr 12v 100a.

Inverter specs below.

Get an inverter that clearly states charging profile or editable charge settings.

Let me know the reason you choose this particular inverter to so as to recommend.

Tnx hw long can the batteries stay if bought and kept before installing

LFP in general have low self Discharge and can be kept for as long as possible, provided you can keep them within 30% to 50% SOC every 6 months.

with ur calculation the 48v is 5120wh?

Yes, That is correct.

100ah is 1kwh?

So from the picture, it was 2, 100ah 12.8V battery. Vs the 1 25.6V battery, so they are the same. In capacity

12.8V x 100 is 1280wh, then X2 to make 25.6V 100ah give 2560wh.

pls explain dis to me in layman's language

For the same capacity of 24V 100AH, you will save 100k if you buy Taico.

And for the same capacity 48V 100AH, you will save 150k if you choose Taico.

Container box is not a must.
Bms types optional
How much is bus bars, u can even fabricate yours. Rest not important. Do you use LifePO4?

Boss, let's try to educate people as much as possible.

Container is must, LFP Batteries can push a lot of Current..
BMS should not be optional,
Quality of Cables must be able to Handle 0.5C without Warming up that. I tested a pack today at 1C discharge temperature of all components (BMS, cables, Terminals and busbars) did not rise more than 45°C.

OCTAVO:

Airtel's 20mbps plan is unlimited, but once your download/upload hit a certain threshold, the 20mbps will be throttled down further (it will be extremely slow and useless). Someone I know experienced this after downloading about 28GB. The speed will reset itself to 20mbps the next day.

It's network issue, there is no fair usage whatsoever on their speed based plans.

I have done over 50GB in a day.

That isn't unlimited per say

Well it's Unlimited Data usage, there is always a cap on Speed everywhere.

Unless you have source where I can do infinite speed.

Pylontech battery nominal voltage is 48v while lithium phosphate battery nominal voltage is 51.2v.

Well, Pylontech server rack packs is just an assembled Lithium ion phosphate batteries.

They have 48V 15s Variants and newer ones with 51.2V 16s.

48V is designed for old inverter systems, that don't support editable voltage configuration..

As inverter has evolved overtime to be smarter, 51.2V is the new 48V.

Now Chinese capitalised on this.......... To be continued

Compare this, the first pix is high voc mppt inverter, the lower one is low voc mppt inverter. Same panels, the low voc mppt inverter was upgraded to the newer high voc inverter. Under similar conditions, the newer one generate more solar power, runs cooler and more efficient. The newer one has its own disadvantage, but as regards solar generation it's better than the low voc inverter

I usually don't rely on inverter statistics, because of what I later found out.

But anyways, yes High VOC is better than Lower VOC MPPT for some other reason, Efficiency is part of it but not with that Huge margin.

Low Voltage is only 1 stage conversion: DC to DC.

High VOC is 2 stage: DC to AC then AC to DC.

I have added another 5kwh to my setup to enable ne have 1 day autonomy. I alao have a timer switch for my freezer. Previously when I had only 5kwh battery installed It switches on the freezer by

On 8.30am and
Off 5.30pm

Based on this arrangement by morning my battery is about 35% (5kwh)

But after adding another 5kWh making a total of 10kWh battery. I did a calculation and arrived at the on/off times for the freezer

On 6am and
Off 11pm

By morning my battery's percentage is at +/- 60% (10kWh)

If it happens to be a cloudy weather I cam go on without the need for grid dependency.

This way i don't worry anyone with switching off the lights when not in use etc...

Cost of equipment so far
Inverter 423k
LFPB 5kWh 1.350m
LFPB 5kWh 1.071m
PV array 18nos x 300Wp 480k. (warehouse clearance sale)
Timer switch 12k
WiFi module for online control and monitor 51k

Load on the system
1. TVs 2nos (65 and 47inch
2. Fans 5nos
3. Microwave
4. Freezer 250L
5 Bedside fridge
6. Several LED Light
7. Home entertainment
8. Laptop etc.

Its amazing I have bo idea whether there is NEPA light or not.

Good Job, we implemented the use of timer as well, due to limitations of batteries which was only 5kwh, since there is PV up to 4560w, timer work 8am to 6pm here!

Brand New EVE Cells available:

EVE LF280K, 3.2V 280AH
Tested capacity up to 300AH+

8 Cells and below 130K per cell
above 15Cells 125k per cell.

While video is in progress, it takes days to get test results editing video make it longer, because of time and for those interested.
Note when I say Capacity ranges up to 300AH+ it was the tested capacity not rated capacity which is still 280AH. This is one of them.

Boss, I can bet anyone here. Those cells are confirmed grade B. Wait and see the capacity test and voltage different of individual cells even with 0.18C pulling....
Let me inform you that immediately you make payments for batched and matched grade A cells in China, before your cells gets to your shopper, the manufacturer test report of individual cells has already been sent to you.
If there is any test report with this guy, he would have dropped it here.

He's totally confused and that's why he's looking for cheap ways to defend his fraudulent activities.

Let me start from here.
You claimed to have purchased Grade A cells before today. Provide your reports to show the people you are trying to Enlighten how it looks so they don't fall for scam!
And remove all trace of scammer from my mentions, unless you have a proof, I have scammed anyone. Kindly remove all the word Scammer thank you. Please take this seriously! there is no joke here!

funny enough I am just a tester, and Enthusiast, your packs might be in a review video soon wink

Yes I built it myself.

Good, open up the pack, remove the BMS leads, and test with a multimeter directly on battery terminals and report the results.
If you have same Voltages as reported by the BMS, then you need to put the cells in parallel and equalize them.

This is what my JBD BMS is reporting, what do you suggest I do based on this?

Did you build this yourself?
if not name the brand, and how long it has been in use? and have you tampered with any factory settings.
