You are full of wisdom my friend. I grew up in a strictly religious home where it was a taboo to date and have sex before marriage.

As a young guy, I was already working and the hormone was strong so I decided I was getting married, my biggest motive was sex at the time.

My children are taller than I am now and I can still pass for 30 and in good shape. If I have a do-over, I will have several relationships without marriage or kids, travel, build assets and marry after 40. I will then aim for just one child and enjoy my life.

What i think you still not understanding is: a balance.

The selling point of a man is a community. Find a man who is a part and even builds is own community and balance of individual identity. And you find the richest man.

1 kid … nahhh… 4,5,6—-12 kids.. yipee.. why? Because 1 will want to have you all the time.. but more will have themselves. Balance..and have in seasons. Create assets and live within means to allow expenses be far far away from income. You can be in village . City. Don’t matter. Same rules apply

Same with women. More is better… invest very well..: and enjoy company here and there as we age….enjoy isolation too cos it’s now a balance

You have asked a philosophical question my friend and I will take a deep breath, lean back on my couch and ruminate over your question.

"What then is the importance of having children"

At the beginning of marriage, I believe we had kids due to family and societal expectations. After marriage, it is expected by parents and society for the wife to get pregnant and my parent want a grandchild. I, being in my 20's was relatively experienced and very naive, so I obliged.

Over the years, I have traveled and observed other society and gained incremental wisdom.

Also, most of us as Africans wanted someone to bear our names after we are dead hence the need for children.

I don't really need much from them and thiking about it now, you wouldn't even care about your children once you are dead so the best is to be at peace with yourself and enjoy your life.

20s is the wrongest time for any man to marry in my limited opinion. But it’s hard to escape.

I think a little of this. A little of that makes life interesting. Life in itself is empty. I think also man as one major purpose to pass knowledge and see it materialize. I think this for myself

So I think. When a man is matured. A few women. Children from multiple women. And children in different season. Yet more of life. Here and there. Travel like you did. Explore. But have a bit of this and that people to share with could make life with it

Where it gets hard. Really hard. Is having kids too early. A life for a life: they consume your entire existence.

I still don’t see a reason why men shouldn’t have kids in their 60s with new mates.

What do you think ?

I already had a laser vesactomy.

Having more kids now is like repeating classes I already passed.
Why the hell would I want to do that to myself. Time to enjoy myself.

Their mom should have thought about that before kicking me out.

I can take some of them with me if they want but BUT ONCE YOU KICK ME OUT, the wife will never see me again.

I can forgive if she cheats and remorseful but can never forgive the maximum disrespect of kicking me out in front of my kids.

I have seen lots of kids grow up and gone their ways and forget their father and I won't give up my life for the children.

Not me.

Will you go and have more kids?

What has he done!

If you kick me out of the house, you won't see me again in this life. I will simply move on without complaining or looking back and leave everything for you.

I will only give you one chance to fck up with me and you will never have a second chance.

I simply don't forgive and I will still be smiling with you.
He get men wey women fit try that with.

I also will not wicked or treat my wife bad.

And d children nko?
Health / Re: Let’s Lose Weight Together Via Intermittent Fast by damola1: 7:19pm On Mar 03
👍👍👍

Chizzyon:
If you would like to know more and join me here, please go ahead. We can discuss our journey and then, encourage each other.

There are different fasting timelines
12-12 intermittent fasting period. (I don’t like this timeline cause it barely does much. I mean that’s the time needed for your body to go into ket.osis). Maybe you can do this on a ket.gen.ic diet. Not a fan of the ke.to diet though because of its limitations and non sustainability plus the alleged after effects of continuation in the long run).
14-10 intermittent fasting period. This is suitable for beginners.
16-8 intermittent fasting period. Also suitable for beginners
18-6 intermittent fasting period. I am currently on this.
20-4 intermittent fasting period. For the bosses.
OMAD also known as the one meal a day plan. You load yourself up in that one to 2 hours eating window and stop eating. You also make sure you don’t go above your cal.orie limit for the day.
24-72 hours fasting. Some people do this type of fast once in a while.

There are several benefits of fasting. My bp has gone down considerably. I no longer feel the pains. I am more active with even more energy levels. I don’t feel hungry as much anymore and always look forward to my eating window. Beginning of type 2 diabetes has been proved to be reversed to God’s glory when people who had this started this fast. I was able to start exercising too. I love that I am able to count my calories. Guess what, you can lose without exercising but we know that exercising is good for the body. Acne breakouts have also been reversed. There are ap.ps used to count your cal.pries. Will stop here for now. Pls I don’t think this type of dieting is sustainable for people with stomach ulcer. Pls consult your doctor first.

Bros, you lucky you not living with me.

I would forcefully place you on OMAD fasting and break with eating atleast 3 or 4 eggs daily. Then always consume avocado.

Try OMAD fasting. That sugar level will drop drastically in one week.

Once sugar level drops, your pancreas wouldn't have to work hard to produce insulin that isn't needed. Instead your body will begin to burn fat from your liver then you'd begin to shed weight.

Don't give up on bp drugs just yet, it too soon.

Consume plenty of garlic before bed.

You very lucky you don't live with me bro — I will remedy your health one step at a time and by strict health practices.

Omad fasting maddddd gannnn… 23hours…

Didn’t give up on the drugs. Just not needed. Blood sugar and bp been stable for a week now.

I drink daily ginger. Tumeric and garlic drink. Daily.

In regards to diebeties, go on YouTube and watch most of Dr Eric Berg video and practice intermittent fasting.

If you don't extend the quality of your life in one year time. Make I know wetin cause am.

Ensure you practice what you watch on there.

Thank you. Watching. But actually getting off drugs in last 1 week now. I do the fasting from 6pm to 10am. I have been on high bp and sugar drugs for 10 years but in last 1 week. Sugar and bp been normal and didn’t have to take drugs.
