A student of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Yvonne Rofem has been trending on social media in the past few months and there have been a mixed reactions on her claim to be the tallest girl in Nigeria.

The female model standing at well over 6ft is quite a popular figure on her campus in Akure.

Yvonne Rofem’s photos surfaced on a social media recently and Nigerians in their reactions, claimed she might not be the tallest girl in the country.

A student of Benue State University (BSU) Makurdi, identified as Jeff has reportedly died after sleeping with his girlfriend. According to reports, Jeff complained of abdominal pain and died later in a hospital.


A Facebook user, Chidi Cali who reported the news, claimed the girl was laced with voodoo by her father who didn’t want her to have anything to do with men.

Chidi wrote:

“RIP Jeff. He did after a S*x romp with his girlfriend in their campus, Benue State University. Jeff complained of abdominal pain after the marathon with the girl and died later at a local hospital. His friends claimed that the father of the girl planted “juju” in her private part to scare men away from her. One eventually forced open her thighs, teared her panties and blew pepper in her ‘Akosua Kumah’ whiles she screamed in pain.

A GWERU man left Chiredzi people shcked when he was caught having sx with another woman during his wife’s funeral service.

Circumstances are that the accused identified as Luscious Chiturumani stayed in Gweru with his wife identified as Sibongile Mthetwa who allegedly died after a short illness.


Since Chiturumani had not fully paid the bride price, it was then decided that the deceased be buried in Chiredzi, her parents’ rural community.
