You will be walking towards 10yrs ban if you want to be present bank statement printed weeks before the money was removed.

Look for another school, don't be in a hurry to waste your millions. This will become very clearer the moment you stepped into the UK.

Thanks bro...NOTED

As for your money back, schools like that are nightmare, you will not be allowed to work and will not receive quality lecture

Thanks justwise, but can I still meet up with any school by February and still use my printed bank statement (i.e 28th nov - 15th dec)for submission when I get my CAS ? Although the maintainace fee is no more in the account but I have the 28 days ( even more days ) bank statement printed out already .

Hello house, I applied and paid fully to a college last month , but the school wrote me that they are yet to renew their license, that I should wait till April for their next intake. I checked the ukba and saw that they are on legacy instead of highly trusted sponsor as the time I applied. what advise can you give on that !

hello.. i finished a year foundation programe in the uk last year and i intend to go collect my certificate as i was only given a year visa then that lapsed prior to the expiration of the programme, now i intend going for a visit for the collection of my cert .. i checked the requirements for the sponsor...below is what i saw on the ukba website.....What documents should a sponsor provide to support a general visitor's application?

Sponsoring a general visitor
This page explains what documents you may need to supply to support your general visitor's application.

The documents we need will depend on the circumstances of the case. We may ask you to send us:

evidence of your own immigration status in the United Kingdom; and
a letter of sponsorship explaining your relationship to the person who is applying, the purpose of the visit and where your general visitor will stay.

my question is>> my sponsor has not been to the uk before and may i know the suitable requirements for my application. thanks in adv

Except there is something that i don't understand..., But the rules are quite clear, every application is treated in its own merit and i don't see how applying for a tourist visa and genuinely visiting the UK would have any negative effect on your future student visa application.
If you intend to travel for studies (whether pre or post graduate, degree or master), you go for student visa, and if you intend to visit, then you apply for Tourist/Visit visa: i really don't understand your question

Thanks for the comments but I tink ill nid to explain to you better still on fone or email. I will appreciate if u could send me your pin or fone number to my email for better explanation. Thanks as I expect ur response...aadesuyi2011@yahoo.com

Vicjustice: If you are only going to renew your degree, you may apply for visit visa, but if the purpose of your intended travel is academical (ie to write exams etc) then, you should apply for the appropriate visa, Student Visa: Visit/Tourist Visa does not cover academic matters
