Business / Re: Diamond Bank Rated Best Bank In Financial Inclusion, Mobile App by DYoung2(m): 8:06pm On Oct 22, 2017
BlueBrothers:
DIAMOND Bank has been recognized as the Best Bank in Financial Inclusion Services and the Mobile Banking App of the Year at the 2017 Businessday Banking awards held in Lagos.

Commenting on the awards, the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Uzoma Dozie said the award was another validation of the bank’s digital banking strategy.

“Other than its contribution to our bottom line, it is heartwarming to be recognised by our peers and the media for our innovative approach to banking in the country,” Dozie said.

The chief host at the event and Publisher, Businessday newspapers, Frank Aigbogun, stated in his welcome address that the awards were held to recognise the great institutions and leaders in the banking industry.

He pointed that a credible information gathering process was adopted by the Research and Development division of the organization to select the winners, insisting that, “Businessday will continue to promote transparency in the public space as well as healthy rivalry and competition in the banking sector.”

Dedicating the awards to the Bank’s customers, Head, Corporate Communications Division, Chioma Afe said, “We are very grateful to our customers for their confidence in us; we certainly couldn’t have won without them. Our goal is to continue to delight them with our range of cutting-edge services. The best is yet to come.”

This year’s award makes it the second time in a row Diamond Bank will receive the award of the Best Mobile Banking app at the Businessday Banking awards.

Tinubu is an international criminal with records.

Drugs

Prostitution

Child trafficking

Corruption

Robbery

Skull mining

Kidnapping

You name it..

The man won't have a place in hell and if you doubt me, here is how it's gonna go down with him on the final day..

Judgement day

Angel: Tinubu, due to your numerous sins, God has deleted your name in the book of life. At a point no angel was ready to take your case to God, so you are now a candidate for hell fire.

Tinubu: thanks, I just tried because I thought it would have been easy to fool you like I did to my Lagos people, off I go to meet my pal the devil.

Tinubu arrived at hell gate, blocked by demons

Devil: ole, oloriburuku, where do you think you are going?

Tinubu: to rest in hell of course

Devil : bros, go and create your own hell, there can't be two captains on the same ship.

can't just laugh this off.

Few decades before now, this was a kinda abormination;a taboo.Infact, there was a superstitious belief that pregnant ladies who exposed themselves like this(in that condition) would have witches visit their foetus. But today, see what civilisation has caused.
May God help us!
We no longer take our culture and traditions as something crucial in our life being.

Phones / Re: Sim Registration: Crowd At Zaria MTN Office by DYoung2(m): 5:31am On Jan 10, 2016
[quote author=Chartey post=41823103]MTN Please Stop This Torture In Zaria!!!

I registered my MTN sim early last year.

I heard people say MTN sent them messages to update their registration. They talked about the inconveniences they faced but I didn't really understand.

Just last week MTN sent me the dreaded message. I panicked because that number is on all important forms I've ever filled. It's the number I also use for business.

I cancelled every engagement for this last Thursday and went to the only MTN Connect store in Zaria at Tudun Wada. Tudun Wada is about 30 minutes from my place but can take an hour when there's much traffic. It took me about 50 minutes.

The crowd there was big. I was told there was a very long waiting list and they were no more taking names for the day. I had missed important activities yet couldn't register.

I got an MTN text last night just like many people did saying their offices would be open from 7am to 10pm today.
I planned to spend the whole Saturday at their office if I needed to. I just wanted to get this thing done.

I left home some minutes past 7am and got to their Tudun Wada office a few minutes to 8am.
I joined the queue to write my name. I stood for about 3 hours till 11am when the workers said they would not take any more names even though we'd waited for hours. Weren't they supposed to close by 10pm?

People were very angry but we were peaceful maybe because of the armed soldiers present there.

What was annoying was that some people were smuggled through the back door on arrival with the consent/help of the soldiers.

Now to MTN,

1. Why tell me to register again after you had acknowledged my previous registration?

2. Why threaten to deactivate my number when I had no fault?

3. Why put me through this inconvenience because of your inefficiencies?

4. Why not monitor your agents and ensure they do the proper thing?

5. Why not engage more agents? Kaduna is the third most populous state in Nigeria with over 6 million people. About 1 million of these people are in Zaria which is the sixth biggest city in Nigeria. Why only one incompetent agent

I don't want any bonus from you. Please keep it.
I just want my peace of mind.
They also sent me their stupid message that I should go tto the nearest mtn centre within my reach. I stayed in Dakata Area in Kano and their office is in Hadejia road, on getting there, I met lots of crowd and they also told me that there is no kyc reg for that I should come d next day. On d next day ame stOry happened and I've promise them neva to come to their office anymore. They can do anything they want with the line, I don't care

[quote author=donpope1 post=38345402]Ojukwu Bunker Facts
Ojukwu Bunker is part of the National War Museum and its annex at Okpara Avenue, all in Umuahia, Abia State.
The bunker, constructed during the civil war after the fall of Enugu, was the subterranean office for the Biafran government. The premises belonged to Late Dr. Michael I. Okpara, the second Premier of Eastern Nigeria from Dcember 17, 1959 to January 15, 1966.
The plan was drawn on April, 1968 by Frank Mbanefo Associates. Frank Mbanefo was from Onitsha, Anambra State. Structural design was done by Agbim and partners. Dr. Chuba Agbim was from Amaru Village in Nimo, Anambra State.
After the office was built, did the rebels succeed in standing on their own as a Biafran Nation?.

A serious intending graduate must sit his as.s in school through the 4,5,6 or 7 years it demands.
